i have wheat bags, some of those have lavender in too. you can put them in the microwave which is great or in the freezer in the summer. though i also like it when it's been in the freezer when i have migraine.
whipsprobably the same product(wound up in a different visage)..my lovely daughter suffers from migraines now and again so i chill them in the freezer for her...the lavender does really calm thankfully..

A few of my friends know..as for the rest of my family and friends,well, they realise I am not the conventional type,and I have had the label ''kinky'' thrown at me from time to time(how very dare they!! :shock: )
