Only a op or admin can ban you for a set period, user rooms can only kick you out and you should be able to join any room again unless its full
i think there is some coding around which elliot will know about which makes you scroll down the terms of service or it will say you havnt read the terms of service etc..
Like you say at least they cant turn around and say oh i didnt know, they have to agree that they have read the terms pretty much hanged yourself if you say you didnt read them
Maybe having to read the terms of service before you enter chat i.e click here if you agree to the terms of service
may help a little
Im waiting for the admin to get back to me on the final release, i can send it you by all means ,its nothing special the main site has most of the features just a few added extras which your normal browser wont allow u to do
Times change, new owners, give it time they will iron out all the problems
The rooms are ful,l its limited to how many users it can hold just press F5 to refresh your page untill you log-in

Its not a server problem the rooms are just full at the moment just a little snag which is under control and will be fixed shortly till then keep refreshing the page till you get in

It does matter if he found her from a 3 digit postcode or a normal postcode as she is warning people of a possible security breach and it would easy peoples minds if we knew so we could change the settings or not
Are you saying he found you from a 3 digit postcode or a full postcode (which is easy enough) but from a 3 digit postcode he must of fallen really lucky unless you have given him more details ?
The Swinging Heaven Browser dont log you off ive left it for hours and im still logged in .
Also steve i think im ready to release this to you if you want i tried to send it last night to you but got an error message again ,what ill do is upload to my site and ill pm you the link so you can download it yourself i will include full visual basic source code & and the main program with all files needed & a detailed read me file for help for people downloading the Swinging Heaven Browser.

Thanks pete made a few improvments since
chatroom
small screen new window (you can still use the forums as well)
main screen (no other functions just chatroom)

small screen and full screen have a auto refresh button if your getting the disconnected sign it will keep trying to log you in auto (you have to stop this service manual thou or it will keep logging you in and out, i cannot fix this because the chat room doesnt use html source code so it cannot tell me if your logged into the chatroom)
author search added as well find all posts from author
It will only stop in your unzipped folder or where you put the .exe it will not install itself on other accounts or be in the start menu, and if someone does find it they wont have a clue what it is, as its password protected and encrypted it also encrypts your s-w username & password so unless you tell them your loading password which you set then there onto a loser

jesus theres a lot of mods left in a short space of time most of them ive got to know over the years ,well lets hope we can have some replacements cus without them it will put a lot of strain on the remaining mods/admin
The swinging heaven browser has the postcode search function built in, just got to finish a few more functions then ill post it to steve and get him to check it out then it will be released to the public from a link via this site
oh im glad i seen this thread so if the rooms are full it will give you a disconnect message ? ok i can make my program/browser look for that and if it says disconnect it will keep refreshing till you enter the chatroom, steve if that will kill your bandwidth let me know as i wont program it
it looks like a tec problem maybe a flash problem ,not anything to do with your p.c ive tried it as well but no joy, not even with my fab browser lol
