Wow dude! Look at all the colours maaaaaaaaaan! cool 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-)
My dad has Menieres and it has seriously affected is now almost completely deaf and though he suffers less from attacks than he used to it is still a big problem for him. What you say about appearing drunk when suffering an attack is very have been reluctant to help him in public when this happens as he appears to be totally bladdered(guess having a gruff Scots accent adds to their fears too).I have only seen him have an attack once and he was lucky i was there as he had it getting off the bus and i caught him as he were very lucky in that some very kind people in an estate agents saw what had happened and took us into their half an hour one of them kindly drove us more seriously,on another occassion he was leaving the old Eye Hospital in Westbourne(Redhot should know where i mean) and he had an attack on Poole road by the traffic lights, staggered into the road and got hit by a car just coming off the is fortunately ok but it took a long time for him to get is affected most badly when it is a dull overcast day and the cloud cover is increase in air pressure causes him a lot of trouble.I hope that all of you sufferers find ways to cope with this debilitating disease and i wish you all the best.
Seeing Herbie at Poole Lighthouse on may went and looked on his website but they don't keep it very up to Date and it's mainly American oriented must be doing more than 1 gig over here and i know he's in Germany from the 8th may.I saw him at the same venue in november 2001,again front row and he was was the electric septet with dj that time,on the "Future2Future" the first number he came from behind his keyboards with mike in hand and said"I'll bet you've never heard music like that before." We shook our heads in stunned silence."And neither have we."He went brilliant played loads of new boundary breaking stuff but also gave us a few of the old faithfuls including"Rocket".Not my favourite but stunning none the the encore they did"Chameleon" from AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! cool.
After the gig my best mate and i left by the fire exit which brings you out the back and then you go round the band were in a room there, which you could see through a bloody great lady drummer must have noticed me and the big guy at the gig because she banged on the window and asked us if we had enjoyed the gig. There was only one thing we could nodded our heads vigorously and said,"WOW." In fact as far as i remember all we did for about two hours was look at each other and go,"WOW."The strangest gig i have ever been to(in a fantastic way),but totally amazing.
I don't have a favourite Herbie album since i like all of his different incarnations but i suppose i play "Manchild" and "Headhunters" most.I dj occassionally still in my old age and with the right crowd i will play "Hang up your hangups." People ask me what this awesome slab of funk is and when i tell them it's Herbie they're like,"But he plays jazz." Indeed he does and that is jazz, just very funky jazz.I've played "Headhunters to loads of people and it has made them totally rethink their misconceptions about jazz.
Herbie has been one of the most influential figures in modern music for decades now("Rocket" for example) and long may he continue to be who Jaykays' biggest influence has even namechecks "Hangup..." on "Canned heat".
Well i hope you guys have good luck sourcing some tickets close to i get anymore info then i'll let you know.I only knew he was playing because the Lighthouse send me an upcoming listings programme quarterly.

"Squeeze my lemon till the juice runs down my leg" is originally from "Travelling riverside blues" by Robert was "borrowed" by The Zeps as was the rest of the "Lemon song" which is in reality "Killing floor" by Howling you check out the credits on Zep2 you will see that it is now credited to which was Wolfs' given had a habit of taking old Blues numbers and spacewarping them round a few corners."Whole lotta love" from which the "I wanna be your backdoor man" comes is another fine original is "You need love" by Willie the by it cost them a lot of money to sort that one out and they had to change the credits on that one too.
"I wanna be your backdoor man" is generally taken to be about anal sex,but originally meant that as a guy was leaving for work in the morning by the front door, the singer was coming through the backdoor of the house.
Sorry to be a pedant but i am passionate in the extreme about my music and the little demon in me just had to set the record straight.
Jimmy Page and Robert Plant have,to be fair, always acknowledged these steals and Pagey once said in an interview"If you're going to steal, then steal from the best." This is how music and many other things in life evolve anyway.
Here endeth the smartarse lesson. redface surprisedops:
RIviera Paradise by Stevie Ray words, just one of the most beautiful pieces of music that you will ever thing he recorded before he the right setting it can have the tears streaming down my cheeks at the profound sadness i feel about his untimely, tragic i've come over all i'll go and put it on and have a good blub.
Also."I can't make you love me"by Bonnie true
Yes it did loads of them back in the ' ,then Fireball XL5,Stingray,then the mighty that there was Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons to give it its full title,Joe 90 and probably they moved on to using live actors in series like,Space 1999,UFO and Space Precinct(I think that was what it was called.)I've probably missed some, but i'm sure there will be someone here who can fill in any gaps.I once saw the real Rolls-Royce FAB1 at the Ideal Home Exhibition in Brum Back in '68 i think it piece of useless information- the Batmobile that was used in the TV series was bought by a guy in Coventry for his daughter and we used to see them out and about in it sometimes, because i went to school opposite his Chitty Chitty Bang Bang lives in a little village in Stratford-upon-avon and can sometimes be seen being driven around.
God what a mine of mediocre triviality i am    biggrin :D :D
PS Any of the toys from those series in mint condition and with the boxes and instructions are worth a fortune.
Chris Morris has a new series coming soon called "Nathan Barley".It's about trendies in the world of was on Newsnight Review last rather good biggrin
Yup Scandal i do remember it from my distant Zodiac,Venus(I think) Professor Matt and i think it was Robbie the by Gerry and Sylvia how anal is that!!!!!!???????
I wish i was in Chicago,at"Buddy Guys' Legends" up on stage with his band Building up a sweat and rocking the house with his amazing(truly!) guitar beside me would be Eric Clapton,BB King and Bonnie would get them all up onstage and the atmosphere would be totally , we would all sit down together and i could listen to tales of all the blues greats they have a point later in the evening Bonnie would tell me that she was falling in love with me.
Ah well we can all dream biggrin :D :D :D :D
Since that aint going to happen better crank up the stereo :D :D :D :D :D

Sometimes guys don't approach a single girl because they think she may be an undercover policewoman with backup not too far away.
Last summer at a well known dogging spot i frequent, two girls turned up and stayed in their had a couple of cigarettes and then put their seats right back.I wandered over and checked them out but nothing was going on,they just seemed to be chatting. Some of the guys who were about said"Ask to see their warrant cards."Obviously i didn't since they had not done anything except sit there, and what's wrong with that.I moved on not long after and thought no more about it.
The following friday i was at the same spot when they turned up again many snide remarks were made about them.I decided to take the initiative and went over to chat with turned out that they had seen something about the spot we were at on the a surprise! They had come along to see what went on, but since it was apparent it was just a load of guys there up to this point they wisely,in my opinion, stayed in the car.I gathered they wanted to see some couple action.I have to say also that they were very, very attractive young ladies in their late teens.I told them that most people thought they were coppers on an entrapment were a bit taken aback by this and told me that they were students who were curious to see what the score was. After chatting for a while they said they were off to the local drive-thru to get something to eat and would be back half an hour or so i got back in my car and got ready to move this point a police car passed across the front of the carpark on the service road and just drove i was leaving two minutes later the girls reappeared but to be honest i couldn't be bothered to hang i left the area though, the police car was sitting about 200yards down the road facing back the way it had come knows since no-one got any bother from them.I went back an hour later and there was a brilliant scene going on with 3 women and loads of guys.I have to say an excellent time was had by all, including the other couple who joined in as girls had gone by now and missed the whole thing.
Now were they policewomen with backup down the road,or as they said a couple of curious students?I have no idea, but relate this story to show you how things can be perceived.
"Offendful".Now there's an interesting if it's in the dictionary? No, didn't think so."Sense of humour".Now there are three linked words that "Humility". biggrin
Thanks for all your thoughts on this.I'm afraid i can't give the Mods his E-mail address since i deleted as for me being a single girl..................Errrrrrrr i'm a single it must be my avatar which is meant to be an approximation of me having a bad hair on, just had a thought(unusual i know). If i go into my recycle bin i can probably find his address
Not sure if this is the right forum for this but since it's about dogging i'll put it here.I just got an E-mail from a guy who says he lives near the New Forest and is looking for dogging spots since he can't find calls himself kg and i've never heard of him.I deleted it without replying because since i know nothing about this alleged dogger,he may be media anyone shed any light on this guy? confused

Don't make me beg sad
Oh alright i'm begging lol
And i thought "Randy on the road" was a live album by an American C&W wrong again confused wink biggrin
Anyone noticed how most, though not all,of these atrocities have been carried out with a background based on people have died because of religion than of anything one think.
Each to their own i say and respect the other chaps beliefs as you would expect your own to be respected.
The ideal advert to make me have to reply would read as follows.
Attractive lady seeks interesting man for intelligent conversation possibly leading to a night(s) of interests include, the history of modern popular music, from blues onward, encompassing jazz,70s rock and Americana.I never watch television, preferring to read and stimulate my i am very open and adventurous and would love to try swinging and explore my bisexual not important but you will preferably be mid forties and have led an interesting life.
Now that would make me reply immediately.
Otherwise.
Big tiitted, horny 20 yr old,can suck a golf ball through 30 yards of garden hose and kick start my own older guy to be totally subservient to.
