I gave up with the chatroom due to those who don't know how to use it properly and now keep in touch with people via pms/email and the dog.
Being honest and polite does tend to improve chances.
And when replying to any people I am interested in/or those interested in my advert I have found a good time is had by one and all if people are honest from the start.

You must of been proud to watch your children in son (now 16) used to love taking part in nativity plays and carol concerts.
