To answer the question - yes, on several occasions.
In the summer all I usually wear is a dress and a pair of shoes - whether that be a short summer dress for the day or something black and slinkier for the evening.
When the whether cools down, wearing just a coat is the same thing.

Make sure they can turn up, can get it up, and can keep it up.

The point here is not "everyone should use protection", etc, the point is what IF a woman becomes pregnant while swinging - maybe after a month where she's attended a party or two - and would then have no idea who the father was.
