When the site is busy like now with almost 6500 people online I have noticed that not only do the chatrooms have problems but the site slows down. Its not my connection as other sites are still running ok.
It just makes me wonder if the owners have enough server capacity to cope? Its not a criticism - it just might explain a lot of the problems people get. It would also indicate that as revenue goes up from increased membership so should capacity.

If theres one thing Ive learned on this site its that words mean different things to different people. I think words of themselves are neither good/bad, positive/negative but the way I use them, the context and what I mean by it can be.
The same word can be many things and thats the beauty of a living language. As a man who is sexually attracted to other men ive been called a lot of things in my life (often best not to listen) and i have refered to myself using many different words but if there is one thing im sure of there have been many times when I have thought I understood what someone meant and I havent. The meaning of words changes with time but it doesnt bother me what word people use but what they mean and the way they use it and if it didnt I think there would be a lot of upset and angry poeple in this forum.

I think what you will find is that the more you talk dirty the more you will know when and when not to. Once you know that then you will be comfortable and confident.
Everyone one is different, so the rules are flexible. However here is one rule. Never talk dirty at a job interview.

It must be a year now since I found this site. Im a single guy who likes to chat to all sorts of people. Ive posted on the forum - not a lot but I have and I enjoy chatting in the chatrooms as well as keeping in touch with some through email.
When it comes to sex - other guys are my thing and I have met some really great people of here and we have had some good times.
I have never found people on here to be anything more than welcoming and friendly and would echo what others have said you do get out what you put in.

For me I think of the kind of sex I enjoy doing rather than having to give myself a label. Bi/gay/curious/straight/cd/tv can all mean different things to different people so even as a shorthand way of letting others know what you enjoy or what you are in to they can be misleading. I have taken the description of my sexuality off my profile as a result of this. For example I am looking for sex with men and I have had many message in response to my ads from people who in their profile describe themselves as straight. I go beyond the label and read what they say about themselves and what they are looking for and would enjoy doing. Labels regarding sexuality for me are a shorthand and often dont tell the whole story or give the full picture.
That was heavy for this time of the morning but its just my view of things. In the end as long as you and any others involved are honest and up front and enjoy yourselves what does it matter whether you describe yourself as bi/curious/gay/straight etc
Incidentally just to make things clear I dont use this as an excuse to make initial contact with others. If a profile says straight then I totally respect that.

I am assuming this is a serious question - bloody stupid thing to do in here I know - learned that one fast but here goes.
To me the only real safe sex is no sex at all or making use of your own hand etc which is a non starter for me. Other things are more or less risky when it comes to getting more than you bargained for.
Oral sex is very low risk when it comes to transmitting HIV but make sure you have a healthy mouth - dont brush your teeth immediately before and whether you swallow or spit seems to make no difference.
For other things I am sure most people would think twice if the other person had unhealthy looking bits but you cant always tell just by looking.
The choice is yours condoms,dental dams,no oral sex, no condoms/dams.
Personally I think there is always a risk of catching something and there again theres always a risk of getting hit by a bus crossing the road. So just as I decide when its the safest to cross the road - I make my decisions when it comes to sex.
Incidentally I always think its my responsibility to ensure I am healthy for the sake of any partner so I have a regular MOT at the clap clinic. Whats this obsession with motor vehicles I hear you say?
