unless you are below 40 it seems like you are on the scrap heap. But I will persevere and hope that being open and honest will work....it has a couple of times and I have met 2 lovely ladies both in that diffcult

I have virtually cleared my workload before the Christmas break so have a bit of time on my hands over the next 2 weeks ....well a flexible diary anyway.

After having gone through this earlier this year, being confined to the house for a couple of months, hardly able to walk, couldnt drive, off work etc and no sex :shock: I know what it is like, but you cant rush this, you need to let it heal at its own pace. Dont push your back and dont do too much too soon. Once things are better, you need to improve you muscle tone to help support the lower back area and which inturn, will hopefully stop this happening again.
After saying all that, I do sympathise with you and know how bloody frustrating it can be, especially as I have been having the warning 'twinges' again this week which nomrally signals that one of my discs are about to awol again
