Still no use on my phone, into a room and then authentication message and out of room or try to switch rooms can't do that, goes back to lobby room, cams when I do get in crash, don't ask me to ask for a support ticket, I have been on the site a number of years and am not getting the service I am paying for, when I have to renew I will consider the above beforehand
my cam works for a while, then although I can still see it, the cam goes invisible to others. If I switch it off, I am automatically kicked out off chat altogether,in other words that element of s.h crashes.
now, its not the cam, works perfectly fine on other sites etc, so any suggestions? I have tried all the stuff that has been suggested, so any help/ideas would be appreciated.

This isn't just this morning - I haven't been able to get on since last night. This has a habit of occurring on a Friday night. Weekends are obviously the busiest times which would suggest that their server may be having problems handling large volumes of traffic.
They really need to get this sorted. The weekend is playtime for the majority of members and no chat facility is ridiculous.
Also somewhat concerning that no moderator has seen fit to comment on here and at least inform us of what is happening.
Moderators deal with forum issues, not chat issues, however I do appreciate your concerns and as I previously mentioned, Admin have been contacted and hopefully will resolve these problems.
We have no knowledge, Mods or Chat Ops, of what the problem is, only Admin have that capability.

Not in any form of defence of the situation last night, but just to complete this picture. TEN of the chatroom ops were at the Xtasia social last night. Supporting the site in another way
Personally, when we got home at 3:30 this morning, logging on to a computer was the last thing on our minds :rascal:
By the time we surfaced just before lunchtime, it looks as though normal service had been resumed. :thumbup:
Its no defence,or excuse,just a poor service. Your company take people's money and just casual dismiss their good enough!!!

Have to agree,same thing happened yesterday,got an invite to a pvt room yesterday,and could n't get need to sort it quick,or people will leave.

Admin have advised that the problem is being worked on. Apparently it's something to do with the slaves falling out with the the master ( :shock: ). Once the issue has been resolved the full server farm will be brought back on line. In the meantime, the searches probably won't work, and some posts/PMs you sent might not show up until later.
