There's a great article in today's Grauniad G2 bit, in the women's section, about cunnilingus, my all-time favourite activity:

A new sex manual is taking America by storm and its message is simple: cunnilingus is the best way to please a woman.

Someone on SH (sorry, can't remember who!)) recently made the point that whilst it's good that guys are taking their oral skills seriously and making a concerted effort to be a pussy pleaser it's becoming something of a holy grail subject and that their "thrusting" skills need equal attention! I would agree totally with whoever said that, and add that they also need to hone their finger skills too ............ good oral is fantastic, but a man who knows how to fingerf*** well is just as desirable imo wink

I think "greater than the sum of its parts" was probably first said about sex!

Finger skills are often neglected and yet are so important - good fingers beat a good tongue hands down everytime for me - you can do so much more with fingers :twisted:

ok i love giving oral and have not had any complaints as yyet and can normally get the woman to orgasm with the tounge but i agree fingers are usefull tools aswell finding that gspot is most important as this helps a lot but if you use both your tounge and fingers at the same time this is even better for the lady now the the thrusting skills if you position yourself right position you can tweak the clit with your penis while thrusting this is very nice ladys lol i told you my name is tia maria lol lol

I tend to find I can do both! I'm a Grade 8 woodwind musician... I never realised how useful 14 years of bassoon playing could be until I got my first girlfriend... and I can get my fingers in rhythm too...

I find, its not the motion of oral sex, its the person giving the pleasure and the ability to read their partners responses.

I must agree, I've always given the best pleasure and felt the best leg shakes from a combination of fingers and tongue or fingers and penis (the tongue just ain't long enough, and when they want it - what're ya gonna do!). I guess you need a 3-some and open-minded people, maybe even a bit of contortion to manage a combination of penis and tongue but I suspect that has pretty good possibilities too.
