At the time of writing there are 4369 Registered Users on this site, yet the most users ever online was 55 ( Thursday 31 July 2003 1:32 pm)
I am proposing that we set out to beat that record by picking a day and time when most of us are available to have a mass "sit-in" in the Forum.
I am hoping that most of you out there are as daft as I am and will want to take part in this "Record Breaking" attempt. (I doubt the people at Guinness will be interested though!!)
I need to find out if there are enough people willing to take part and which day of the week and time would be most popular. Please let me have your thoughts!!
I will suggest a date and time once I have had enough feed-back.
(I have checked with Mark that this will not cause any problems on the site)

I think the figure of 55 on line at any one time needs to be updated. It is not uncommon these days to have between 70 and 90 on line in the chatroom. Now the screen messages move so fast that by the time you reply to anyone their message is already off the screen.

Past experience is that the best way to go about something like this is to pick a date and a time first and then tell as many people as possible when to be there rather than asking for suggestions.
8pm one night next week would give you plenty of time to spread the word and keep everybody's interest.

Having taken in the feedback and checked my shifts at work I have opted for Monday (19th) at 8pm. If everyone can pop in and loiter with intent for about 10 minutes that should do the trick.
