Firefox is indeed wonderful - been a user for the last few versions and really hate using IE at work.
Another way to get shot of Microsoft is to try Thunderbird, Mozilla's email client - it even imports everything from Outlook including messages, folders and pop settings etc so it's up and going straight away !!
Will !
I'm also a recent returnee so it's nice for me in turn to also have the chance to say welcome back to somebody else !!
I'm late to see this thread but just wanted to drop in and wish you all well. I'm sure 90% of you don't need to lose weight but from experience I can tell you that when you do it IS rather good.
Over the last couple of months I've dropped from 16 2 down to 14 10 and still going strong.
I've not seen the list but if I could throw my well meant advice in thats working for me:-
1) find excuses to walk - even when there really is no reason. When shopping don't buy things in the right order and give yourself extra walking about to grab things - sounds daft but my wandering around town on a Saturday has probably doubled it's length.
2) If you live near enough to where you're going then walk. I've started getting off the metro I used to take to work and walking 90% of the way. I'm lucky enough to be able to do this but even a stop or two is extra. In this alone my weekday walking has gone from 10mins to about 50mins per day.
3) Don't buy crisps, choc, cakes OR booze thinking you'll keep it for rewards cos if you're like me you WILL eat it stupidly quickly. You'll save pounds as well as pounds that way too - what a bonus.
4) Get sleep. I know that'll cause some giggles on a site like this but those getting more sleep have been clinically proven to not retain weight as much. It's a throwback to stoneage man where long and frequent rest meant safety, and this in turn meant no need for the body to hoard food.
5) Depending on what your arranged dietry advice is on here this last one may or may not clash. Read the packaging and look for the "per 100g" breakdown - if it's 4g of fat or less and low sugar then you're fine with it. The body needs a little fat to work and this means food choice isn't limited.
Just trying to help !! Let me know if I'm talking out of school !!

As a quick reply I'd say that it's no different to me than maybe an introduction from somebody going the other way and joining after a long term relationship. It's simply sharing info with the crowd.
It's actually quite nice really for that person and it lets the crowd (some of which may know the person well) know why they are leaving so no offence is inferred or taken. Regardless of how "swinging" or otherwise the person has been during their stay I'd personally feel glad for them as something has happened in their life which they see as a big positive step.
The longer you spend on here the more people feel comfortable with sharing all manner of things and thats just another - in the same line as you feeling ok to ask the question and me feeling like dropping a reply.
Then again I tend to see the best in people, I like to trust in human nature and I'm a total sucker for people finding what they're looking for.
Just my view, thats all
