About a month ago I was playing 5 a side footy for my company and I streched out to get the ball and ripped my Quad...Ambulance drive later and a strapped up leg.
I was feeling much better this week so I played footy, 10 mins later I was on my back after the same mussle torn again. I am now in agony lucky I dont use my leg to type with!

This is a good point you should know the person well enough first so that you alredy know the boundarys this way everythings so much simpler!
Try your best to get to know her even more the rewards will be greater if shes intrested.
