Terminator 2      (or The Matrix - both well over 10 times,T2 ~ 30x?; could also have The Incredibles, tho just about 5 times I think, probably just about BttF)

I totally love playing with words, using both non-rude and rude double entendres to keep people on their toes as to what you meant, or catch them out later if they thought you were meaning one thing. Great fun when flirting.
And I would consider "hot" to mean looking very sexy. There's all sorts of ways of saying someone is attractive and I tend to pick one depending on the way they're attractive - there's pretty, beautiful, gorgeous, cute, hot, sexy, amazing, and any number of variations or more versions of those; then just coming out with "wow!" when you're truely gobsmacked and someone looks so hot you want to rip their clothes off right there and then and do unspeakable things to them.
Matrix: Religious analogy certainly. Particularly more so once you've seen no's 2 and 3. Inspired hundreds of adverts to use the same slow-mo effect while the camera was moving around in real-time, aka bullet-time as they coined the phrase.
no.2 overdid the CGI and made it look too unreal in the fight scenes and elsewhere; no.3 was better in this respect and has one-hell-of-an-awesome car chase sequence (but still beaten for intensity and cool-ness by the original French (subtitled) version of Taxi, or Ronin, or maybe Bullett, for me).
If only Keanu and Carrie-Ann Moss could emote better when they speak their lines. Maybe some of it was on purpose. But - ah.. Oh well.
Still a breakthrough film, in effects and technology (not all that much in ideas/storyline, if you really know films/books-they-were-based-on).

Being a massive fan of dining at the Y/ taking a picnic in the perfumed garden, I've formed the opinion that the taste of a woman is as individual as they themselves are.
...

Yep, definitely agree there. I'm not sure how much a lady's food alters their taste, but I can say that pineapple and other fruits do sweeten and improve the taste of cum. Empirical (self-) evidence to back it up. Not that I've repeated the experiment many times to add weight to those results, but the conclusion (god this sounds like science class) appears to match.

In my experience I have found that it is the hair colour which determines the "taste" of a woman. Women with darker hair taste, in my experience, sweeter than lighter haired women.
As to sperm, never tried it.

Darker hair? Mmm very interesting theory. Can we commission a lab somewhere (or some PhD student for a minimal budget - what a tacky chat-up line that could give rise to) to do some tests? From personal experience I would agree but I don't think anywhere near enough research has been done... (ok, that was a blatant invitation). I am a fan of dark hair.

Would be a blast, all of us trot along together ........ although not so much 'trot' for me, not making me wobbly bits wobble more than they already do :undecided:
Missy - learning to glide along confused :? :?

Missy, I'm sure we all love seeing your wobbly's wobble anyway smile . Great party; thinking back, it's been way too long since my last house-party.
Funin: you're not scary at all (there, can you let go of my arm now please? )... Only kidding, you're lovely.
Lovely to finally meet Jon and RedHot in person, who is indeed more than a little RedHot (hope you take that the right way).
Great people, great nibbles (I mean the food, you perverted lot!), and cool conversations; it's only a pity most of them didn't last long enough (the conversations). After a nap to recover some energy I feel so contented, relaxed, and happy from this weekend. And still Monday to come! Is this the end of my mad-month? I doubt it (Subversion & TG to come in next 3 weekends).

Can everyone do me a favour at future munches, can you ban me from spending half the night on the dance floor because my knees are killing me redface
I had some excellent dance partners at some points of the evening and I would thank all of them but I lost count, sorry surprisedops:

No, you're too good on the dance-floor to be banned from it.. Your knees will have to suffer I'm afraid :P smile Maybe someone can carry you for a bit next time. Hoping I was included somewhere among that list (probably at the bottom/sliding off it...), can't really remember having met you properly before but glad I did. You and Chesty make a great dance troupe (jealous of that beer bottle wink ). I can remember thinking it was an awesome evening as I was leaving/got back to the hotel.
Freckle(d)bird - I wondered if you were freckledbird, I would have said hi but I didn't think I knew who you were without the 'd'. Whoops.
Sarah, thanks for putting on another great one.
Voddy (via/and Vicky), thanks for the "gift".
Darkfire did indeed look great, as did everyone else but I have to mention those in particular I spoke to, JucyLucy & Lucy, AngelChat, Alex and Dave (good to see you again - was there a mad party organised this time too?), EdinBBW, Tatty, Essexlady. Hi Nottmfem25, nice to meet you; looked like you got chatting to a load more people later on. Gets easier with more munch experience doesn't it.
The DJs did a good job again bar one or two minor minor hiccups (one of which sounded the fault of the track playing, and what happened to the mix between songs that was a straight cut?). Great otherwise, great song selection. Some of our (not my, oh no - you wouldn't have wanted to hear that) voices were rather surprisingly good especially considering a few pints difference.
It was nice to be recognised still, considering I haven't been to many munches in the last year due to the site change and house moving.
Gotta go out now so can't write as much as I'd like but I may come back to edit/post more in a day or two's time. Excuse me please anyone I forgot, a PM reminder will hint if you care enough.
Happy birthday Helen.
Have fun on whatever you might have planned now or soon (oo-er missus! cough cough...).
You know I think this is my first new post since the site settled a bit after the new owner. All for you!
I did this recently - I came back from a long weekend realising I hadn't cum in about 4 or 5 days which was a rare thing indeed. So I decided to save it up, see how long I could go. I managed 9 days in the end. Was it worth it for the subsequent eruption and record-breaking quantity and distance? Mm... Debatable. (mass-debatable? groan..).
Would have loved to have come and met Debbiewebs in the flesh again and obviously jim/muff, but was too busy going to erotica and doing stuff that had to be done at home.
A next time? wave 69position
PS: s/muff - classic sean o.t. dead quote. enjoyed that movie (and all of Spaced before it)
Hi,
I never confirmed cos a) It had slipped my mind in the last week or so - although I'd been remembering about it up til then, and b) I wasn't quite sure when/if I was going.
I'm gonna be on my way up there soon - suspect I'll miss any arranged SH meets but if anyone reads this not too late, you're welcome to say hi to me and if I see anyone I recognise I'll obviously say hi too.
Probably not going to the after-party - had also thought of going to Club Rub this month (not been there before) but I suspect it'll be a little empty. Not that being quieter is too bad as you can chat more easily, but maybe I'll wait to next month's one.
Well I just had a very friendly pm saying there's a munch in Bristol on the 22nd. I have a couple of friends in Bristol I've not seen in a while, but I think it's better if I suggest the 29th then.
I hope I live somewhere nice enough by then (and not too cramped) that I can invite people back for a party til the early hours, maybe after an evening in a nice pub somewhere, maybe an event earlier. Something like that. Nothing set in concrete yet.
Well I just took the test and am disappointed to find out I only got % (which I copied and pasted instead of typing out); some areas I ticked tonnes, several others I didn't tick so many. I so wanted to add another couple of boxes though; the button to get to the test itself doesn't work on my Opera and I was seriously thinking about writing some user javascript to fix it or fixing the code on the page and emailing the author about it. In the "I Know" section near the bottom I ticked nearly every box (C++, Unix,...). But what is a THAC0? A computer?
So I run a web browser that's too geeky to do the test... (come on, if you use it you gotta agree - great web browser but definitely a bit geeky with the level of what it can do - customising etc.)
Hi guys and gals,
My 30th is coming up next year in April and I want to make something slightly more of it than just sitting in the pub with one or two good friends for the evening like I did last year (good night, but not the most exciting).
I'm not planning on holding a big munch or a party inviting absolutely everyone along, I was thinking more of a smaller do with people I already know and maybe a few others. Kind of smaller mini-munch sized, one not requiring such a large amount of planning... (me and planning get on fine as long as it doesn't expect too much and I find the free time to prepare)
I was posting to wonder, out of those who know me, who would like to come if I did do one. It would probably be in London or not too far away as that's where I suspect I'll be living by then (if not I'll be suffering the Waterloo & City line refurbishment closure starting around then for 6 months). It would be later in April (22nd is the date, handily a Saturday but I might organise anything SH-related a weekend away, depends).
I'm wondering if I want to combine that and an evening with my other vanilla friends or with anyone I've got to know by then from the fetish scene (clubs etc.), but I suspect I'll have at least 2 separate nights or one night and a dinner or event or something for really close friends more locally.
So just a feeler ( wink  ) really for numbers...
I'd be more than up for coming again - it's vaguely close to my 30th birthday (well, same month anyway) and I'm not quite sure what I'm doing for that yet; but can you put me down please. If I change my mind I'll let you know.

Onlyme - me, posh? er not really. I can be "well-spoken" if I'm making a little bit of effort but I don't think I'd call myself posh. My parents weren't quite well enough off for that. Posh compared to a stereotypical chav, maybe.

Righty-o - Was just asking....Surrey is sooo much more upmarket than Hampshire lol
I've been told I talk posh, want to find out if that's correct or not?
 :lol2:
Let me listen to you sometime and I'll give you my opinion. smile
I'm right on the border of Hants and Surrey. If I go a couple of miles from my house it's into Hampshire in several directions, what with the border line wobbling about all over the place. On the way to work I think I cross borders several times. At least twice anyway.

I only got on the geek test  I thought I was more geeky than that, at school I'd memorised pi to over 20 decimal places :!:
Great post flapjackboy, well done.

Ok.. I remember seeing it written down to quite a few digits in an A-level Maths textbook and remembering a few more digits than my calculator had (which I already knew - took a while to remember to change the last digit I knew previously, cos it had been rounded up!)
is all I knew/know. (and I should, I think, probably round that last 5 up if I'm quoting it like that). So what's the rest (that you know), smart-alec? No googling for it now!
Haven't they worked it out to a few million places on a computer somewhere or something?

Ok, it kind of looks like Pascal - or er.. (no experience at all with it but I'd guess..) Delphi - what with it being Windows-ey. Actually the first thing that sprung to mind was Modula-2/3 (taught at colleg/uni respectively to start with, by chance), being the only ":=" language I've programmed in for any length of time.
Was any of this started off by the Sci-Fi channel's survey about how many of us are geeks - I read an article in the free London Underground paper Metro today about geek-ness referring to it.
Well, onlyme1981 - you're in the right place.. Hampshire's close to Surrey too, isn't it?? (hint, hint.... smile

OK, I'm an ex code cutter nerd, now I'm an erotic photographer (pornographer in laymans terms)... I still get to work with naked variables, just they happen to be a lot more interesting than the ones in a computer, just as temperamental at times though and often prone to incorrect type casting, pointers going off into space, incorrectly constructed and destructed variables, and often leave a mess that requires garbage collection.... OH SHIT i'm still a NERD!!!! lol.

rotflmao
Brilliant! Very clever, piercedJon. I think even without doing a great job at the comparison you've proved your a nerd, just by trying to find those pun-inducing ways they're alike. The fact you've succeeded so well is just the cherry on top. Do you mind if I correct your spelling for you? (doh! spelling nerd strikes… ← note the html entities)
Well I've become a lot more confident since a) I finished uni and b) even more so, since I joined up here. Partly through chatting to people on the chatroom/in here and opening up (which it's easier to do online); partly through just going out and saying hi to new people (I'm not just talking about with a swinging agenda) and partly through having made some good friends who helped me come out of my shell more. It should be easier with your partner there to help you, you probably feel more confident with him around; but don't let that be part of the problem (as in don't let him do all the talking, or maybe he can help bring you into things a bit more rather than just taking charge all the time which might(??) be happening). How abouts if he does some of the initial work introducing you to people if you're really that shy then leaves you prompts to answer questions, ask them and so on. Gradually at first.
I might be talking a pile of poo and I hope I'm not being patronising, I had to guess just how shy you are; but good luck.

You can have the free pint as your explanation is far better than mine and I don't drink anyway. In my defence I'd point out that I'm a sysadmin who programs occasionally rather than an expert code monkey.

Fair enough. I'm more of a programmer with a little bit of sysadmin skills (and not really much of a network admin). It's all the sys-admin skills people need when your friends/random people say "oh he's the computery one around here he'll know how to fix it" with all their PC problems. But I survive. It's almost like asking a racing driver to work on your saloon's air conditioning for you. Not quite the same job (maybe I exaggerate the difference a bit, and perhaps some drivers could; but it's to make a point).
By the time we were anywhere close enough for you to buy me a pint (say, at a munch, should/if you go to them) unless you're a likely respondent to my ads and not too far away; it would be a very stale pint. I therefore do the decent thing and offer to let you buy one for me and drink it yourself. Can't go wasting all that beer/whatever now can we? smile
(PS: Hurrah, I'm learning to click Preview then submit rather than submit, view, edit, submit!)
Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooohh dear.
<Looks at self>
Yes, I'm a geek too. Not that anyone who knows me a bit didn't know it.
The facts that I can count 20-odd languages I've programmed in but had fewer girlfriends than I can count on my fingers (in binary too of course! rolleyes ), and considering I'm 30 next year; yep..
Although I'm trying to convert! Honest! I've been clubbing twice in the last 2 months (er... only cos they were fetish clubs smile ) and - danced! - yes, it does happen lol One of the last crazy 'vanilla' things I did was go shopping with a mate to our nearest big town at midnight to get him a Nintendo DS on day of release.. Oh, there's other things too but that's just pure geek for you. There are different types of nerds and geeks but computer nerds, I thought, are some of the most celebrated (if that's a good adjective to go with it).
--------
Oh and the code - yes it reads a file in byte by byte and outputs it to stdout, rather inefficiently; and I don't believe that '1e' thing will do much 'cos it would need a 0x1e instead to be properly interpreted as a single byte EOF. Which isn't the standards-compliant way to check for end of file anyway. You're kind of already doing it with () in the while() condition. It also outputs a new line after so it's not quite a no-effect filter.
Do I get a sip of the free pint?

As always my inability to remember anyone was quickly shown, when a very attractive blonde woman (my sort of woman), started chatting to me and I had to admit I had no idea who she was (it was nearly two months since we had met redface ), though I had no such trouble when that well known sexy scottish accent floated across, from where she was hidden behind a group of people.

Was it the slight change in hair colour that made her harder to recognise? (assuming I've guessed right). That hair seemed to look quite different when a) dry, b) wet in the pool (mmm... I love long wet hair), or c) having been wet but drying.

As had been promised to me I was taken on a tour of the upstairs area

I finally did too in the same trip upstairs - Voddy and DreamerHelen you're great tour guides... You're right, it did get kinda noisy outside - spoiled all the conversation we were having (err... maybe not). Honestly, talk about picking a place to chat... lol It was a lovely red.
I was PVC'd up - black Jeans (just bought them the Tuesday before, really nice), a mesh short-sleeved top with lace-up at the neck at the front that was PVC too and pvc edged; and just ordinary shoes (I kinda realised on the way up there that they were the one bit of my outfit that didn't quite fit so well, but had - typically bloke-like - completely forgotten about). I don't own anything other than shoes and casual trainers, both black, but not sure whether the heavy boots are quite my thing. Definitely not the massive platforms you get with some. Let me know if you're going next time or maybe I will you, and we can introduce ourselves.
Now I'm desparately trying to think who else there was with red hair - I chatted to one lovely girl who didn't match your description otherwise but had kind of auburn red long hair. Are you going to the expo thing/ball/whatever this weekend? Anyone else?
Er... Thinks... Maybe I do remember you walking past once or twice.. Not sure. The roses rings a bell.
I may well have noticed you in the dungeon as I did go take a look a few times at what and who was happening there but spent more of my time chatting to people at the bar
Take a look at my ad if you want to see if you can remember me.

edited because I got in a tizzy

Tabbi, you should have come with me - I was there on Sunday at the Stables market after a night at Subversion (my first fetish club visit) and the after-party. Mm no sleep from Friday evening (about 5hrs) til Sunday night... I really don't know how I made Monday morning for work. I love walking round sex-shops and fetish-clothing places, even just to browse. Working in London now makes it way too easy to pop over to Soho in the evening.
Spent wayyy too much of course, but now own even more PVC (mmm cool smile ) and other nice stuff. Found a shop on Camden Rd with pretty much the entire collection of the couple of lingerie brands they had that I couldn't resist walking round for a while. Damn credit cards... rolleyes

It seems like you don't know whether you're just feeling lust and really enjoying the sex/whatever with this other guy, or if you're in love. That sounds like you need some more time to know your feelings on this one, maybe take a break and see how you start feeling? Consider how well you know him/them and if you would really want more than you have at the moment with the 'other guy', at the expense of the current one, including non-sex stuff (maybe you already have more, I don't know you didn't really specify)
I'm not in any way, shape or form an expert on anything to do with this, so please don't go holding my thoughts as law (just a disclaimer cos I don't want to fuck it up for you) but that's my tuppence worth.
