For the last year we have had the use of a wonderful dogging-mobile: a beaten up old Nissan Prairie - the one with the sliding rear doors and no intervening door pillar - the advantages there are obvious, we'd guess. On top of that the bonnet height is pretty damn perfect. Short of a Winnebago camper with an anwning and travelling picnic tables, what else could one want.
With great sadness we're off to the scrapyard with it soon.
BUT IT'S GETTING ONE MORE OUTING - THIS WEEKEND AND LOCAL (INTERESTED PARTES PM US, EH ?)
On a different note - T took his Lotus Esprit out once - a very different experience ending with 300 smackers worth of pop-up headlight repair... now, if someone has a cheap Shogun for sale - hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Heather's pics page is a tad out of date, as things there were shot before we met.
So it's high time that got fixed.
We'd love to hear from folks (couples and females, preferably) who could bang off a few dozen shots for us. Digital, we think is best.
We'd do it ourselves but our arms aren't long enough. And our digicam is old and tired.

just to put the record straight . . . . . .
a light is what you need to fire up the next ciggie -
the glass-covered thingy the shop calls a lightbulb is in fact a lamp - it is definitely not a globe -
a globe is the spherical representation of the earth on the side table in the clasroom -
the lamp referred to above fits in a lantern, fitting or luminaire (nb the e at the end)
and self-certification of a domestic installation is still possible in England and Wales for the time being but not for very lmuch longer in Scotland - Ulster I don't know about -

Right then, cold tho' it may be we rather miss our occasional outings. So, H & T will be out this weekend in the Dover/Canterbury/Margate area. Time and place to be sorted in response to expressions of interest. H is a larger lass, bi when the mood is right and also keen to enjoy the attentions of sensible chaps. We'd be keen to hook up with another local couple to help spread the load.

Well, I recall an occasion when we picked up a cheap deal at the local Tesco - a dozen assorted falvours for less than £4. While working our way thru' the pack we tried a Blueberry one - very dark in colour, it was. Once it was on I glanced down and said something like " oh, i've never had a black one before" - my lady replied with a grin: " i have ! "

We have AOL -n he option - smooth troublefree runnign for the last year.
If anyone goes for this option, a tip,.......their ownscreen advertising offers toll-free dialup when you are not at a broadband enabled location. But they will not give you the tollfree dialup number unless you ask for it (and insist !) - watch out for that as you'll find lurting at s-h can get expensive otherwise.
