My answer to the question is YES
My hubby and i have been together for 20 years, we lived together for 4 years before getting married and the main reason was because we wanted to start a family.I suppose its old fashioned these days but i believe it does show more committment as its much harder especially financially to walk away if the going gets tough. Also both of us come from homes where the parents split mine after 25 yrs hubbys after 16.
On the other side of the coin most of the people we know just live together and and partly are very happy.I do agree with some that have pointed out that the commitment has to be 2 sided whether married or not i believe in telling my hubby evrything hes my best mate, and visa versa.

Well mine was a doll with a dummy with a big plastic spike! she had a sponge body with a case in the back with a plastic record in it, one side of the record she cried when dummy pulled out and the other she laughed.....oh happy days i loved her to bits and she was called rebecca.I also got a red and white cradle that year from santa this was second best till it fell to bits oh and my purple pram ...thats 3 lol

erm CHOCOLATE?? Well in an ideal world it would be my apetite as i;m an emotional eater,hence then some extra pounds now and then.
Also i think you are truly blessed if you are a confident person, the amount of times ive turned things down or not atempted to do someting because im not confident enough, is just daft and though i know i should give things a go i talk myself out of hoping for things to change as i get older lol we live in hope dont we??

Well this happenned to a friend of mine and we meet every week at the same bus stop and an other girl gets the bus at the same time.I was in deep conversation about the friends wedding etc which was happeninng at the weekend when this other person popped her head in between us and said oh yes you want to get married before you get too old, how old are you about 40?
the girl in question went deep purple in colour and shouted back actually im only 26!!!!!!! honest to god we couldnt believe it and just had to laugh!!!!

I found out last night on BBW that Debbs had passed away and that she had cancer......absolutely gutted...
MY SINCERE CONDOLENCIES TO HER FAMILY AND HER SON
we chatted a few times on msn and sh, we had the same sense of humour... in fact the first time we got chatting i comented on her great hair style!..... she was sucking on a lollipop with a vase of flowers behind her head!
she really did have good, funny things to say..witty,lovely lady and good at the quizes as i remember..
i wish i could have made the last meet to see her but life gets in the way of things sometimes....
If there is a heaven or an afterlife Debbs will deff be in there.....
