Just a little about our experiences. Firstly research the clubs web sites etc as to facilities, dress code etc - then go for it. lol
The most important thing to do is to discuss with each other "do's and don'ts" - this isn't easy when you actually at the venue and things are going on around you. We have been to a few clubs and parties and always had a great time, with the exception of the first time lol. We'd not discussed fully with each other our own rules and hence ran into a few problems and arguments. Never did that again! Rules can be re-negociated you know lol.
Couples only nights are a must if you are not into the single guys, who i'm sorry to say can be a problem if you let them. Mostly they will ask and when turned down will walk away but if you not sure how to handle things make sure its couples only night to save any problems. Single guys take note, ask not just wank near someones ear!!!!!
You never have to do anything, there is no pressure on anyone from anyone. Even the dress ethics ..... most have a policy of removing clothing but towels are always provided and worn covering up whichever bits you want - if you're a bigger than average person (height or width) ask for a bigger one at the door or take your own, they dont mind. Take a clip if you're worried about it falling down pmsl. Lots of women (me included) dont feel "dressed" in a towel so find it much more sexy to walk around in heels and underwear (guaranteed to get you noticed) tee hee. If the fem is worried about being approached when on her own, stay together .... its that simple.
It's a great atmosphere ......... no pressure to have sex with others if you dont want and often all the "playing" gets you in the mood so just play with each other, just as horny.
Smile at people, chat and have a laugh. Respect people and they will respect you back.
Have FUN and relax ...... no one bites!!!!!!!!! Its lovely being surrounded by all sorts of people, into all sorts of things and talking about sex openly and without worrying that it might offend someone.

Well that got me thinking as follows:-
1. i'm a good cook - so is he.
2. I'm good at cleaning the house, if i can be arsed - so is he (but he misses bits or doesn't see them!!)
3. I do the washing, he mends the cars/bikes.
4. I hate ironing - so does he! (so we dont do it unless its an emergency)
5. Neither of us can sew anything beyond a button on but who cares, throw it away and buy another one!!!!!
6. We both work and have two jobs (one of which we work at together) lol.
7. We've brought up three boys tpgether - who are all brilliant!!!!
8. We've been married 26 years so something must be working.
9. AAhh the difference is i give great BJ's (can't do it himself can he luckily or i'd never see him).
ps swinging keeps me on my toes, makes me practice my technique and makes sure i have the "upper hand" lol

Dont touch it with a barge pole ..... its unhealthy and not a long terms solution.
As someone else said do Slimming World ..... its fantastic and long lasting. Can change your eating habits for life if you let it ..... it did me.
