Ensure that it reaches both the school's board of governors, and the local education authority. Schools always want to keep bullying incidents 'in house' so they will be very reluctant to discuss it to the above.
Also, remind the school that they have a duty of care towards your child and should any further incidents happen now that they have been notified, then they will have failed at this too.

they are simple step by step video clips on how to do basic chatroom functions. Like how to put your cam on, how to see who's watching you etc etc. You'd be amazed the low level of some members I.T. capability.

We can see a list of all users in all chatrooms, so a quick add up and yeah, pretty much. The forum normally has fewer people viewing. You can see the 'visible' ones at the foot of the forum home page. So again yes, pretty accurate.
Only thing with the counters is that they are not live, they are a snapshot taken every few minutes. So somebody who is 'online' may have just switched off.

This isn't just this morning - I haven't been able to get on since last night. This has a habit of occurring on a Friday night. Weekends are obviously the busiest times which would suggest that their server may be having problems handling large volumes of traffic.
They really need to get this sorted. The weekend is playtime for the majority of members and no chat facility is ridiculous.
Also somewhat concerning that no moderator has seen fit to comment on here and at least inform us of what is happening.
Moderators deal with forum issues, not chat issues, however I do appreciate your concerns and as I previously mentioned, Admin have been contacted and hopefully will resolve these problems.
We have no knowledge, Mods or Chat Ops, of what the problem is, only Admin have that capability.

Not in any form of defence of the situation last night, but just to complete this picture. TEN of the chatroom ops were at the Xtasia social last night. Supporting the site in another way
Personally, when we got home at 3:30 this morning, logging on to a computer was the last thing on our minds :rascal:
By the time we surfaced just before lunchtime, it looks as though normal service had been resumed. :thumbup:
Its no defence,or excuse,just a poor service. Your company take people's money and just casual dismiss their good enough!!!

Many years ago, I was working in a marketing department, and my boss had to write a letter to the whole customer base (60,000 letters) explaining about the UK warehouse changing location.

1. If your passed the ownership of a room is there guidelines on being a room owner?
2. If a user is being offensive to cammers, should you warn them that their behaviour is not acceptable- say a 3 warning rule by whisper or can you kick them and report them to the ADMIN team?

Opening rooms
No room names are to contain references to any activity that alludes to , or escort / paid sex interests.
You must not kick anyone unless a site rule is broken.
If you do not want people “Directing” then open a room with “No Directing” in the title.
You cannot kick someone from a room due to the colour of their skin, their geographical location, sexual orientation, their membership status or if they are not on cam. If, for example, you want a room for Couples only, you should make this a Private room with a password, so that entry is by invite only.
