Could I just ask of those people that have replied in this thread, how many actually pay to use this site as i know there were free places offered a little while back...and only stay here because it is free!!! And would you move on if you had to start paying??
Dave and I are paying members here and although there are free sites and we are members on them there aren't actually that many that offer a full package for free!!
SH is a brilliant site and we do enjoy certain aspects of it and think this might be the only site we would pay for..

I think you are right with the clubs thing Fabio, as we are in plymouth not much about around here for us, a new one has just opened and we are going to try it out, but not going to get the new blinds for the lounge this month now lol x
But when we lived up the line we used to go to chams at least once a month but to go there now means a tank of fuel and hotel room and admission you are talking the best part of £150 which we just can't afford probably like many others, especially coming up to the most expensive time of year, not going to say what it is for fear of abuse

Dave and i are on various different sites but over the last couple of weeks 2 have come up for renewal but we haven't been able to afford the £75 each required for renewal and have gone on to basic memebership...
Has the credit crunch affected others in this way? because as much as we love the sites and this way of life we have to be able to heat the house first!
Has swinging become an expensive hobby???

Good god what was this stupid woman thinking, I can understand her being upset with the fact her son was bullied and I know bullies desevere to be punished, but is it punishable by death???
I know what it is like to be teased for being fat unfortuately it is something I have always been, but we need to educate our children to accept everyone no matter what their differences may be!
I just thank god one of the things we have not inherited from the yanks is their gun culture and hopefully we never will!!

I work with children and a few years ago went on a course and to be honest the NSPCC didn't get a good rep, the person on the course told us that all that happens when you phone their helplines with your concerns they make a note and just pass them on to an over stretched social services, so my advice is just go straight to the social services...

Dave and I met at a naval base in Gosport he was on a course and I was working for the Naafi, my 1st recollection of him was him moaning about the fact his pay had been mucked up, when he came and sat with me on my break. I think he was being nice to me because he fancied my mate lol, a load of us used to go out as a group and some how we drifted together and just haven't drifted apart and that was over 18 years ago, so we must be doing something right :D

Like alot of people on this site we have met alot of people at socials/munches etc, and yes we have also had sex with a fair amount as well...
I think the way to meet and enjoy the people on this site is not to bitch on about the lack of opportunities they have had, but perhaps to put themselves out there and go to munches, chat in chatrooms and get themselves known...
I was lucky enough to meet someone within the 1st week of being on here and Dave and I have met some great couples on here as well!
And we are looking forward to meeting an awful lot more mmmmmmmmm
