As I read thru profiles of couples and laies happy to meet single man they usually include in bold type "NO MARRIED MEN",
I often wonder what they define as a "Married Man".
Is it for instance a guy with a live in partner or a girlfriend.
If these guys are not married men then this is surely sexual harrasment of us married men.
We have feelings and needs too u know and should not accept such unfairness.
Any opinions?

Hmmmmmmm ................
For me personally, I feel most of the users on here use the above phrase when in fact they mean 'no cheaters', as if you are happy cheating on your wife/ partner , you would obviously have no qualms about lying about other things, such as 'of course I've had the snip' etc etc. Most of the peeps on here want to be secure in the kowledge that the people they chose to play with are trustworthy, and will not broadcast any private details to others.
Perhaps you should spend a little time reading posts and joinging in gently rather than your 'bull in the china shop' approach.
Or is it the approach of ' the best form of defense is attack'......................... lol
Sadly, we feel the need to start this thread for our dear friend in the s wales chatroom.
We are all deeply saddened by the news. We all thinking of Mrs Keykey at this time................
our thoughts are with you
Words can never say what we want them too.

Smurf and the smurfette lol
We spent last weekend in Amsterdam, and stayed very close to the Redlight area. The experience was very good, and the atmosphere was brill. The streets were busy but there were no louts pissing in doorways or fighting over kebabs. The ladies in the windows were in control of their 'trade' and they decided who entered their parlours. It appeared that the industry is regulated well, and the cafe's worked well. We didnt feel intimidated at any time by youths or lads who should know better.
In fact, the most intimidation we felt was when a group of 30 or so welsh ladies were parading down the main street on sat nite shouting oggi oggi oggi.
After the experience of the weekend, we would have no doubt in allowing strictly regulated brothels. As an aside, a taxi driver told us that in the Netherlands is treated as harshly as murder, so that would also bring other benefits. The other benefit is that if it were properly regulated, the tax revenue from it would probably reduce fuel duty by a £1 per litre lol

when we have tryed to open a new room it will only flag up for a second or two then close down are able to opena new room
thanks the-monkeys

You need to enter the new room as soon as it shows up, otherwise it will close within a few seconds.
Please be patient folks, I'm sure all the features will be up and working as soon as admin can sort them out, but at least chat is quicker lol

Ok, I am going to use a bit of sexism here, and I am sure that there may be some men who feel the same sort of abuse at times, but as a woman there are times when nasty comments are made and we have no choice but to react, we are human after all (well some of us are!!) when the comments are as personal as they can be. Yes I know we should try and ignore it, but what happens is that the friendsof the person who is being targeted all stick up for them, as we would do in real world - then it becomes a free for all, to be fair most of the time the abuser vanishes, but this week I was in the room where Kent was and it was awful, i suppose we could remove ourselves from the room, but why should we?? In Jac 2 we try to sort things out between ourselves as best we can, as I am sure also happens in the majority of rooms and yes we are all adults, but even adults from time to time just have to speak out. Neways thanks to the op who did sort it out, I hope a life ban was given x x x x x x x

I'm sorry, but I must put my twopennorth in here. ONe of the reasons I put myself forward as a chatroom op was the frustration of seeing ladies being subjected to all sorts of harrassment in the chatrooms. In most of the regional rooms, the regs do a great job of quietly 'policing' the rooms. Trouble usually starts when someone posts an inappropriate or downright rude or offensive remark. Most of us ops do take time to find out who really is responsible and will deal accordingly with the perpetrator. Please remember peeps that the chatroom ops are on here for the same reasons as you all. However, we , as ops, are in a position to assist all who need it, we would prefer for there to be no need for any intervention from us. However, there are times when we need to get involved because soemone has overstepped the mark. Most instances can be dealt with by a 'quiet ' word (preferred option), although some peeps do think that they are above the rules. And as an asside, since I have been 'opping' my opportunity to chat with my friends has deminished, so I value my few mins chatting with them even more than before.
We are all here to enjoy life, life's too short to spend it arguing; look forward to meeting any of you that we will get to meet at socials.
Happy swinging all

Yes we can report to admin but that doesnt stop the abuse etc getting out of hand at the time. Plus as its happening on a daily basis. Reporting them all make you sound like a right winger instead of someone who has come in to chat/flirt and exchange freindly banter with like minded people.

This is something I identify with. I'm frequently in conflict with myself as to whether to report someone or just ignore it. I have this vision of the Chat Ops Lounge being a over-run with "not that fucking Marya again!" type posts. confused
At the same time, I abhor the abuse some people give out and don't think they should be allowed to get away with it so I continue to grass!
You have been warned!
Not at all marya; if we know about a problem we can deal with it. I dont know any of the ops who will ignore a request for assistance. As Fire has said, we are busy in our vanilla jobs ( me too flat in Jan) but we will try and sort any problem out as quickly as we can. And you certainly wont be treated as that 'fucking marya ' again lol (but does that qualify me for my free bj:huh) lol
Smurf lol

It might just be my imagination, but there seem to be more people from the chatrooms coming in here lately.
So, I thought I`d resurrect this thread to see if there was any new input ! wink

Nope ................ bolt

well we put in a comment about OP's and got told there always on and ppl cant see the problem.

Perhaps you care to read your post again. What was said that ops are around, even if they are not showing up in the 'home of chatroom ops'. The best way to find an op is to look at the forums home page; the ops online at that time are highlighted in the user list. Feel free to pm any of them who should be along as soon as they can to sort your problem out. As has been said before, all of the ops are volunteers who are giving up their free time to assist on this site, and as a consequence there will be times when not many are around. However, if you pm pon of us with times, room names and which server the problem arose on, you will find that all of the ops do their utmost to sort out any trouble.
Given that I'm usually on or around here for 10 hrs a day on average, feel free to pm me if you have problems lol
