As the others have indicated oral sex and swallowing does provide a risk if somewhat reduced in comparison with straight or anal sex. The risk is reduced becuase the oral orafice is part of the digestive system and as such the acidic / enzyme rich enviroment of the mouth provides a hostile environment for foriegn organisms (not french people), As such it is harder to "catch" dieases this way. However it is important to state that as previously mentioned small cuts or abrasions can increase the risk.

Do pelvic floor excercises.
Same as lady, Tense the muscle that makes your erection stand up about 300 times a day. Do it for a month or so and every time you have sex when you feel yourself getting close relax thses muscles and you wont shoot.

I have had similar problems with mail. Unable to enter sytles fonts etc. As i had changed no settings i thought nothing of it.
I closed the browser reloaded the page and everything was fine.
Not sure if this helps

The best way to make it a great night is to include everything into the night, not just the sex.
Make the effort to dress nicely, cook a nice meal, make the room romantic (candles etc) then just take your time and dont rush anything. Ensure that you spend as long as possible exploring her body and ensuring she is having a good time. Don't just focus on th emain areas kiss and nibble her whole body.
Its not so much a question of how to last longer but of how to make sure she has enjoyed it before your finished.

Hey Everyone..
Just to say hello to a very active community :P ,
Im a male 27 y/o based in northants. I am a very active outdoors person and love going to the gym, im up for anything what so ever. Ludicrously broad minded and as the name suggests an over active sex drive.
