Well I think all my initial mails out are worded in a polite, but informative way.
I reckon I get about a 5% return on them, which is not a lot. Some correspondance has got quite lengthy....and then it stops....for no apparent reason, which is quite frustrating.
Stick with it, but it is a very timeconsuming process
