We were there on Saturday and it was definitely open! The numbers were down, not sure if that was a mixture of the weather, the football season starting and the press reports or not but the jacuzzi's were hot, the pool was lovely and so was the company.
They have till February 2014 to comply with the ruling and think they maybe planning an appeal. It will be a shame if it closes as we love the place but will carry on attending as long as it carries on trading.
