saying that ur card will smell if run through her card reader :kissmyarse:

That's because you are using the old swipe card technology.
The new Chip and Pin technology where you insert the card in the new card readers is much more pleasant smelling.

I hope you are not being indecreat here on a private meet?
Given that Debbie said it was with another woman he might have been more indiscreet about his privates than about his meet.

Him: Do you know how to open the bonnet?
You (sarcastic tone): Yeah! With a crowbar.
Just sent him another question:
"How do they get the seeds to make seedless grapes?"

Have you just been doing a course in Computing Theory? I remember getting taught (and then soon after, forgetting) that at uni several years ago. Don't ya just love wikipedia though.

Yes. I don't remember what the course was named but I remember that the teacher used the book "Goedel, Escher, Bach" to draw examples from it.

If infinity + 1 is still infinity, doesn't that prove that 1, and therefore by extrapolation, all non-zero numbers, are worthless?

Is it a mathematical question or a philosophical question? I ask because I am not sure what the "worth" of a number is, regardless of whether he is compared to infinity or not.
I have not have any "real" near death experience but at one period I tended to think about life and death a lot and doing so allowed me to appreciate being alive even when having hard times.
I hope that your neck heals quickly as I wouldn't like the idea of going around with a broken neck and no support to take the heavy weight of the head off of it while it heals.

Here is my question for him:
"Are the complexity classes P and NP equivalent?"
Although it might be a bad idea as if he manage to answer it he will certainly become very wealthy (starting with the $1,000,000 prize given to whoever can answer with proof).

It's a Yes/No answer though aint it...??? I'm going to guess No.... where's my winnings?
It might be undecidable.
As for your winning, where is your proof?
If you can give the answer with proof you will go down in the history of maths/computing as it is a problem whose solution many very intelligent persons failed to find.
But at least I asked a question which probably has an answer, a horribly difficult one but one none the less. I could have asked for a general solution to the halting problem (which is known to be impossible).
If you want to get a headache, see more here:

What is all this with the Romans!............what did they ever do for us??

Don't tempt me to quote life of Brian... too late:
Reg: But apart from the sanitation, the medicine, education, wine, public order, irrigation, roads, the fresh-water system, and public health, what have the Romans ever done for us?
Attendee: Brought peace?
Reg: Oh, peace - shut up!

Anybody who got that sort of alignment right wasn't stoned...
but anyway interesting philosophical question..my serious answer would be to go back in time to 20th April 1889 to a place called Braunau-Am-Inn Austria and strangle the fourth child of a certain Alois and Klara Hitler, thus preventing WWII, The Holocaust, The Cold War and the middle east state of Israel.

I'm sure I've heard of at least one novel that has a very similar premise - only problem (at least from that author's POV) is that the Nazis appear anyway (Hitler didn't create them, he merely took over a pre-existing group of violent idiots) and they end up being led by somebody who isn't a completely power-crazed nutter and are thus on the winning side in WWII.
I'm sure somebody could enlighten me as to the name of this book, it's temporarily escaped my recall.
I'm currently playing Red Alert, a 1996 video game in which Einstein goes back in time to kill Hitler, and instead of Wor War II followed by a cold war there is a World War II pitting the west against the Soviets.
I would like to read your book though, as Hitler, despite his military genius (yes he might have been the worst son of a bitch of all time but you can't deny that he conquered half of Europe starting from a mostly demilitarised Germany), made several mistakes that cost him the war (like switching from bombing military bases in England to bombing civil target because of the suicide bombing of Berlin by some British aviators and opening the eastern front way too soon) and had he not made them we might all be speaking German (the tall, blond, blue eyed ones of us anyway sad).
As for where would I go myself? Roman time and the 60's seem good places to start, although as a computer geek I would have to say that MIT in the 60's and 70's or Bell labs in the late 60's and 70's would have been as interesting for totally different reasons.

BTW, best bit ( for me )was when I was in the bunker with Srilumpa looking for any movement in the trees, then he shot out like a scalded cat. I moved to the back edge of the bunker, vaguely heard a shout about something or other - then a loud crack as a paint grenade went off behind me, looked round, saw paint dripping off the planks of the bunker wall, then heard Faruken say ( a bit disbelievingly ) "You're not hit!", then swung the barrel of my gun to the loophole and fired a load of shots as I shouted "C'MON YOU FUCKAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHSSSS!!!!!!!" Perfectly sane me!

Well, when I hear someone say "get out of there there is a grenade" (or similar) and then see the grenade (whose label says 6 seconds or so until explosion) I don't wait around to get blown to smithereen like a certain deaf person who didn't hear the warning (I didn't know smoking so much could do that to you, might be another cause though ;)).
Luckily for him the grenade was 2 inches short of being past the wall against which he leant so that it exploded against it and all the paint coming in his direction was blocked by the wall. Talk about a lucky bugger... when his corpse is not being repeatedly shot by sadistic enemies that is lol:lol::lol::lol:.
Can I come to the munch please?
Not only I was registered before August and have more than twenty posts but I also met a few long time SH members at the Paintball yesterday.
They don't really know me but I think they know me enough to know if I can behave for a few hours (at least when not handling weapons) and if you can't count on Brothers in Arms to vouch for you who can you count on?
Anyway, I loved meeting a few people from SH yesterday and would love to meet some more (but given the number don't count on me to remember either your name or your handle, let alone both*).
* Female members might want to be advised that a good way for me to remember a name is to whisper it all night long in their ears (or at least a good 3 seconds... er, I meant 3 minutes NO! hours, that's it, hours).

Well, it might be a bit too late for that thanks to SmokerJim (he of the flowery prose when shot lol) but here I am, standing up, or rather laying down against Venus, a big grin on my face (three guesses why).
I would have stood up earlier but I was back at the campsite with Venus, Mars, NomadSoul, Farkuen and Gummy, whiling away the time laying on the grass and idly chatting.
And let me refute TnH's first post. His newly found reputation for bottom sniping is amply deserved (better get extra padding down there next time as he will want to make me pay for revealing the truth to the world by exercising his new hobby on my*).
*was gonna write "on me" but turned out that way and did a nice freudian slip so that way it stays.

Ohhh i have a feeling i'm going to get my legs slapped for this one but you asked our opinion so here mine
To be honest i do not find swingers better lovers, in my experience i find swinging men, more so single ones very selfish lovers who are only in it for what they can get out of it and are not at all bothered if the women is having a good time or not so long as they cum, i find this even more so in clubs when men as a rule cum and go...

I can't really understand that mentality as it is rather self defeating in the long term. After all, if you are selfish in bed your partners will not be as willing to have a rematch another time or to experiment new things with you (if they know you are looking for their needs they know that you are more likely to be conscious of their reactions, good or bad, when trying new things).
It's the same with foreplay. When looking at girls we want to kiss their tits, caress their ass or put our hand down their knickers but when having sex most guys seem to only want to cum as fast as possible!?!? Why? Just when they can put your hands all over her they don't seem to want to anymore??? It doesn't make much sense (to me anyway).

OK mate. No problemo. How's the new tattoo by the way?

Anybody got some stats on the sleeping arrangements. How many people stay overnight and where do they stay?
Are most people going camping then?
If people want they can send me where they expect to stay and I will publish the stats myself (x% people staying here, y% staying there, although it would be more useful to break it down by gender I suppose).

the replyer states they get 100s of timewasters, picture collectors, morons etc, from SH so they search for a paysite that guys pay for and then get genuine replies, etc.

Except that I have tried a few swinging paysites and I also receives mail there redirecting me to another paysite because she just knows the people there are genuine, the kids can't go in and she's got her pics and phone ' there...
How can she know that the people there are any more genuine that on the site she originally contacted me? How can she be sure kids can't go there as they could easily get their hands on their parent's credit card and go on the site before it is discovered...
That's why I like SH. There is a vibrant community on the boards and it is often funny so even though I haven't met anyone from here yet (either at a meet or at a munch) I have had more fun not meeting them here than not meeting other women on other sites so so far SH is my favourite site.

Offe to read the star sign of a friend who believes, and watch them nod in agreement with all the lose predictions, then watch them go red when you tell then you were not reading there sing biggrin :D :D :D
Its all rubish its far too vague, I don't know why they don't get done for it  its nothing more than deception and false trading evil

If you read my first post in this thread you will see that I do not believe in it either but I do not consider the blurbs put in the papers to be really astrology as they try to do things for many people.
"Real" astrology is personal and uses many facts that are unique to that person to make their prediction.
The stuff found in the papers is to Astrology what Coca Light is to Coke and given what I think of real astrology to start with let's not get started about what you find in the papers and what is the best use for it (or what would be the best use for it if the pages were softer lol).

I set up a separate email address to use specifically for SH although mine isn't displayed publicly anyway, surely others have done this too?

Yep, it is so easy to get an email adress on ! Nail, ...
I use mine for all the swinging related stuff I do with the incoming mail redirected to a different folder depending on what site it's from.

Well, I am 4 inches too short and about 20 kilos too light but otherwise perfect as I have a tummy but not a huge beer belly (I am about 78kg for 1m68 or 12 stones and 4 pounds for 5ft 6in in UK measurement).
I live in Hampshire so I don't know if it is close enough. If you are interested and if it is close enough for you (I can travel too otherwise) send me a PM to get things rolling.

There is something in it. Thousands of years of observation and associtaion are not completely useless.

They are if they do not allow to predict things properly.
For example, some planets were predicted by the laws of gravitation because the movement of the other planets didn't match what these laws predicted perfectly (it wasn't seen before because we couldn't measure the orbits accurately enough to see a pattern in the differences as opposed to just noise generated by the lack of precision) and the differences could be explained by supposing the existence of a planet whose characteristics (mass, orbit) could be approximated by the amount of difference.
As you have more differences where supposing the existance of the extra planet explains them (and an absence of differences where it doesn't) the likelyhood of the planet increases (until you manage to observe it and thus prove its existence).
If Astrology was useful it would be able to do similar things like for example saying that given the known planets that person's future should be like that but given that it was like this there must have been another influence. Then, with a number of discrepancies between what was predicted by Astrology and what happened to the persons, Astrology should be able to say that the simplest way to explain these differences was to imagine that there is an extra planet whose influence changed these person's charts and deduce by the kind of differences where the planet must have been at different points in time and use that to calculate a crude orbit of the planet and then point a few telescopes there and after a while of looking somebody will find it.
If Astrology ever manage a similar feat (which it didn't in its thousand of years of existence since ancient babylonia while science did it in the few hundred years of its existence) then I might believe that there is something in it.
Now, does that mean that there is nothing valuable in Astrology? No! But if there is anything valuable it is mixed so much with the junk that it is useless. If Astrologers would apply the scientific method to see which parts (if any) of Astrology work and which part don't then who knows, it might become a science, but for now it is just another religion.
Note that if you believe in Astrology this post shouldn't make you stop to believe in it anymore than a post about Atheism should make a believer lose his faith.

But thats like asking - you shag a womans arse but why not a mans?
"You'd kiss a women not a man"
etc etc

Or even "You enjoy it when your manly hand touches your penis so why not mine?"
That depends on whether the "mine" refers to the guy's hand or his penis as the act of touching the penis is not as gratifying (for me and, I suppose for most straight men) as the act of the penis being touched so there probably would be more pleasure from having another man touch your penis than from your hand touching his, at least on a physical level.
As for shagging a man's arse I probably would but given the choice between a woman's arse and a guy's arse I would take... well, both actually but if I could only take one I would take the one I am most attracted to, which would most often be the woman's (but then she might have a huuuuuge arse and the guy might have a nice, shaven, female looking one).
Also I would rather find a pussy when I reach around than a dick (if only so I can moisturise and then lick my fingers) so it gives another advantage to women.
