I needed to turn the telly down to let me concentrate in this one! There are so many!..
Firstly, you're damn right about the personal space thing. But I don't mind suffering if I'm on public transport. That brings me to the 2nd hate.
People (mainly old women) who insist that their handbags need a seat on a crowded bus or train. Move, for gods sake!
Old people drivers who wanna go down a 40mph street at 25. Again... move!
People who get in my way when I'm shopping in a hurry (all of the time). Taking up an aisle, counting the pennies and vouchers and things, forgetting an item they have to go back for...

Could it be that you are confusing the difference between swinging and sex? I can see that maybe a woman would want to try a virgin for just sex. I tried one once, it was no good, like blue said he was very nervous, didn't know what was what or where or how :!: For swinging that would be a nightmare! To swing successfully you've got to know what pleases you and the other person/s as well as other things, and a virgin just wouldn't be able to.

To try and answer your questions, I've only been to a swinging club once, and it seems to me that anything goes within reason. As long as all parties are consenting, and no one gets offended or put upon, then you should be fine. I'm sure the regular party goers here will be more helpful.

Upturned plugs are BAD, but my own "fave" is opening a door onto bare feet (i.e. foot goes under door, cracking toenails etc). Writing it now it sounds extraordinarily difficult to do, but I seem to do it quite frequently and it HURTS! Wherever you are in the country you can probably hear my yells.

Late to reply as usual...I think that's terrible! I can't think what his ex has done to deserve that. Especially including her photograph. At first read it sounds kinda humourous, but then this is a real person he is publicly shaming, and I believe the reason his post is no longer there is that Ebay would have deleted it.

I'm going to have a get together on one of the beaches on the South Coast. So we don't freeze our little socks off, this is going to be in late June / beginning of July. BBQ too (if thats legal) and a relatively secluded area of beach. Could interested parties please let me know.

You may well be right Steve, but I'd try not to think about it too much if I were you. To me, you're just Steve_g, but because if the nature of what you do on this site I think it's natural that some SH folk may treat you differently. Don't be disheartened, I think you're a lovely bloke and it's certainly their loss!

I would like to organise another munch here in the south. My concern is that I would have to hire out a hall, as there are no decent pubs where I am. If I did this would people be prepared to help me pay for it? Would interested people actually turn up (as I would be in the s--t if they didn't)? What went wrong last time, and how could we resolve the problems?

It's a shame it happens like that. I wasn't able to make it but did let the organiser know. The same thing happened with the sussex munch earlier this year. There was a lot of notice for this one and a LOT of people expressed interest, even so it's not totally surprising that organisers get let down. Why we be like the NW munch goers?!!!
