I have used them in a way to get to know people I have chatted to on line, sometimes to put a name to a face, other times to check someone out! innocent
I mostly go for the same reason as most others, to have a good socialise chat, say Hi to a few Iv meet before, and have a little natter although other times I may sit in the corner quietly as I did at the Manchester munch.
Also, I usually meet up with someone Iv meet and know and hotel share, also share the shower too! wink
No matter what the munch is, it is a way to meet old and new peeps, to put a face to a name and sometimes a thread or two! Be in good open minded company, and enjoy a good natter, dance, beer or two and in my case vodka! smile

Damn, I now have to think back to the three strip tease cam shows Iv done over the last year, only once did I know the man innocent hi hunny wink and the other two times I had a wee bit too much drink in me to wonder about it, although I was happy at the time and by the end of the few hours I was nakered :whistling: and I found a few toys on the floor the next morning as i woke with a rather large smile on my face :) so it will probably be best not to think about this one too much! lol well, not until my dad turns on his computer and someone has sent it to him! As we are all individuals enjoying a free life style with other open minded people, we all should be pretty safe with our life either it be private or working hours. My thoughts are that we should be able to do as we wish without any come back, and sadly this is not the case. Things that are personal, are just that and I think they should be safe, but they are not when there are idiots out there, so the main point once more is post only what your happy with.
I hope you asked them for your cut with the reward from the well known adult mag :) ... if not do so now with the added interest innocent

The weatermark has been here for nearly 2 years, so it isn't a new thing. Any pics which were uploaded previous to this had the site name and user name across the bottom of them.
Sorry if this sounds harsh but I honestly cant imagine that anyone would actually think that any photos posted on an internet site could be safe from people copying them. There are also ways of getting copies of pictures where the right click has been disabled, so no picture is 100% safe, not even the ones on your PC at home.
Possible your right about the internet and the way we should have thought about it but:
Call it innocence, or blind foolishness, but I never really thought about it until recently! Perhaps we should have known better but some of us like to think that you should respect others and their privacy, therefore it would never cross our minds to copy something that was not our right to do so, or perhaps we are just old fashioned fools smile
I think that it is just that I am getting a little more wise as to how the netwaves work or possible to how some men work on the net, I am not knocking men, Iv been lucky enough to meet some nice men off the net (including this site) but I have also had a lot silly mess around off some and this sadly happens to us all and it is a way of life.
The net should be a fun base to get to know others who have similar likes and wants as yourself, who you can meet and have fun with not just the bedroom every time although this is all some are looking for and I am not knocking it!
But whatever you do YOU should be SAFE, or at least I think so and your identity is part of your safety, weither on line or within your normal working day.

Mel, The watermark is a good point, I know that this happens, but it doesn't stop someone copying and using the picture on another site as xx fem xx said.
xxfemxx good points, I also kept many pictures in my private gallery, ones which had my face on or were a little too much body parts showing :wink: It did not take me long from being on site to realise that this was a good idea, I also thought about which pictures I posted, etc. never a face one! If someone wanted to see my ugly mutt all they had to do was come alone to a munch to say hi smile although they still had to get pass the cold front first before I would smile :grin:
As to the point of how hard is it to protect the picture, this is not the point, it is how much does it cost! At the end of the day the site has to weigh up what it is willing to do or not do, possible the thinking is that we are all responsible for our own actions and therefore it is our choice to post pictures. Plus you can protect but if someone has the right equipment/tools then there is no protection, as where there is a will there is a means and nothing is totally safe as stated by NaughtyCouple, Plimboy
I am not trying to have a go at the site here, just my point is: People should be a ware that this is possible, it may be good idea to place it on site for all new comers to read and learn, etc. Yes, we are all adults and therefore we as individuals choice what we do or do not do, but knowledge is the power of life and without it something very embarrassing may happen, like a neighbour or work colleague coming over to you stating that they wanked over you last night! (as mentioned by a few reply posts)
As I stated, we choice to post a picture therefore we may pay the high price one day, things to think about are what type of person you are, can you handle things if it comes out, who you work for, your neighbours and family could all see you in a position that your happy with at the time but do you want your grannie picking up a flyer off her hallway floor with this picture on it?
All I am saying really is think then post if your happy doing so :)

Iv been in bed with a very bad cold sad I tried relaxing on the soffa at one point in front of the fire but .... the TV tube blow, and it wasn't much fun lesson to the words and sound without the action so as I couldn't watch the porn it was back to bed for me!

not post a thread often these days, I find I am a little long in the teeth and not enough time on my hands.
I logged on to check mail, as I do usually once a week, and to manage my pictures as I decided to change them a little only to find one that I had forgotten about in my private collection, I do not even know why I tried but I did, and it worked to my shock and horror!
I copied and paste it! surprised
This then lend me to thinking confused Can others do this?
So here are some I paste and copy earlier

Now I have not used anyone's face or body part, unless you include Markz, which is a cute little number!
Most sites I go on, all right ALL other sites I go on protect pictures so that this cannot happen, if you try you get a little warning, etc.
My QUESTION (I got there in the end)!
Do you think this should be possible or should the site protect people's identify?
Or do you not give a monkey's?
Although one could agree that it is a persons choice to upload a picture and therefore they make that choice knowing that people can copy to their computers, BUT do they know this can happen!
I have now deleted all my pictures but for my favourite one but I have kept this in private gallery.
I like to think that it is my choice to post, send a picture especially if that picture is a little naughty, or am I just to old fashioned?
A foot note to myself, I hate posting!

As always sf can be proud of itself with such people as Easy and Mistress Sassy organising a fantastic night, the venue was great, the bar staff hard working and the badge man fabulous redface that was Easy 99% of the time, damn I'll not get away with that one! Mistress Sassy, the mop is in the cupboard under the stairs so anytime you feel like using your maid service feel free to do so, you were great bent over the table cleaning up after those that split their drinks!
Please thank the DJ for a great range of music, and good mixing! You can tell it is his day (night) job!

It was nice to meet old faces and have a catch up natter as well as meeting a few new faces, although I shall not remember the names but hopeful if we are ever at another venue I shall recognise you!
Markz I didn't see you there and I did look on the dance floor for you! Although sadly I did not join those that had fun there due to my ankle still paining me and possible 5in shoes was not my best idea for the evening! A dance another time Markz lol

Hi funin 'n' Mike,
I have never organised a munch/social myself and possible never will due to the time it takes, although I do however understand the time and effect it takes to organise such events, the time element as well as all the PM and thread posting need plus good secretary skills which I will never have!
I think that no-one and certainly none of the event organisers or site (mob) organisers would mind anyone putting their name down for a munch/social explaining that there are unusual circumstances, no matter what those circumstances are, and that last minute they may have to pull out of the event.
I am sure that ALL who have the courage and give up their time to under go such an event with all the details a munch/socail needs will be understanding enough to take this matter on board, and welcome you or anyone else to a munch/social with open arms.
As already pointed out that under these circumstances, some information about the venue maybe able to be given e.g. wheelchair access, or amount of stairs, car parking and if the venues is suitable for fire exits (hopefully never needed)!, etc.
I do understand how this feels, personally and also as I know a peep who once wondered wither to inform the organisers of an issue he had, my advice then is the same as now ..........
trust the organisers, tell them of your needs and between yourselves see what can be worked out for the best for everyone ..... IF you don't ask or try then you sit at home wondering 'what if' and there is NO FUN in that!

Sometime people just want to put their adverts in every possible place so they can have more replies or so they think confused the more likely case is that people see the same advert in different sections and therefor cross them off their list of possible!
I only ever placed one advert in November 2005 and it was only in one week due to the silly replies and the amount far more than one woman can handle, so I do not understand why you bother with them, although I do wish you the best of luck in your long search through them!
I found that going to munches was far more fun and a rewarding way to meet fun loving people drinkies :whistling:
Perhaps you whould have joined in the forum a little more over the years and not be in need of reading glasses for all your perving of adverts wink

my mind was wondering and remembering a story once told: rented with a few mates, had meet over time and enjoyed each other company therefor deciding to rent and travel together but upon moving in they did not get a long with each others bad habits! so he wanted to run home to mummy but no money! he seat in an airport for 5 days with very little money and typical man very few clean clothes until the transfer of the ticket home came through and has never forgotten it!

The first rule of sharing has already been said: check out the bill situation!
1) who is it paid to and how, what if one member of the group falls behind, do the other ones have to cover it? 2) what is included within the total charge, e.g. extra charges, gas bill, telephone bill, water rates 3) what if there is damage to the property or our personal goods 4) what is the down payment and do you get any returned on leaving? 5) what if a member of the group or yourself wishes to leave before the term is up? 6) is there a written agreement . ... which there should be!
It may also be a good idea to have a written agreement between yourselves, as you all may have different ideas on life it self! The others may enjoy a quite life or more parting than yourself!
Agree with each other how the extra bills are going to be paid, remember land line telephone, food and drink! each of us are different and this does not usually show until you have moved in together no matter if it is a few friends or students or a newly married couple moving in together!
The main thing is only to go ahead if you are comfortable, and if you seem to get on with them all. If one brings someone back for the night, is it a free for all wink or hands off! Always keep your money in a few safe places and do not let the others know them all no matter how much you come to trust them, ..... you never know if or when you may need a get home quick and this is not easy if you do not have any money or bank credit.. .... yes, parents are loving but even if they got the flight you would still have to seat around an airport for hours and hours waiting!

I did this race in October 2006, it was a fabulous day, and a day I shall remember for a long time to come! It has put a smile on my face just reading this thread!
I did not drink afterwards as I came home, so I can't help you out! But remember to still take on the water after the race if you are going to drink a wee drum or two!
Plus a little foot note ....its more of an up hill road race in the first few miles than most would say, so take it easy at the beginning! (although you maybe a season running and already know this)!

i would like to think that if i did swing as a couple that that person would know me well enough to know when i am not happy with a situation or not comfy with it and therefore sort it so both of us are happy which may mean both of us leaving and this would mean he would possible walk away from something that he was more than happy with but sometimes it is all about doing the right thing for your partner no matter if that was just a swing partner or a partner in life

Gemini it's about finding your way in life and most of us find out the hard way around sites like this one but we learn from our mistakes wink , sometimes with a little help we can find our way around which can be a pleasure along the way, sometimes it is hard to find the light minded people among all the millons of peeps but i think most of the light minded ones shine through, so always look to see if someone posts threads and go to munches/socials as usually this is a good point to look for when you look through profiles although not all the good ones post threads and go to munches as we are all differenet and like different things, some just like one off meets through the adverts .... each to their won :) just don't rush things to begin with although sometimes a big adrenaline rush is the best thing in the world :wink: innocent
