Well the link doesnt state if Juett was armed but i pressume stabbing happened while the unnamed accomplice had left the scene of crime his statement has proven to be insufficient to clarify if Robert used grossly disproportionate force....what stops people murdering one another in the streets then carrying the victims bodies to their homes to claim what could i do?..i dont know cos it depends with the situation but i dont think i would live with the guilt of butchering someone to death

I dont see the need for colourful language here,but using extreme force and taking matters into your own hands might result to a manslaughter reason this kid got away with cold blood murder is because the only key witness's account wasnt creditable due to his criminal record and changing his statement otherwise branding bollocks to the clearly stipulated law is certainly just being irresponsible.....a good prosecuting team could have charge this kid for manslaughter not murder.

Doncaster council are like many councils,not fit for purpose....but then I am not a lover of any council for reasons I have given many times.
Please dont assume that have read your previous opinions of any other councils..i haven' for the government to step in shows a totally collapse of command from Mr Davies.I hate to think what would happen if such parties ever take control of the country!!
The government today has took over the running of Doncaster council after its new English Democrat Mayor has pathetically failed to serve its locals.
Is this a clear indication that the single agenda parties i.e BNP,English Democrats,UkIP are all just a bunch of loud mouth bragerdocious with no mandate to serve this great nation with decency and respect it deserves?!
To a degree i agree with Rudd he has proven to be a greeat leader with substance,but UK has demostrated over the years since William Wilberforce days to be a tolerant society,my question is ,as one of the oldest democracy do we learn from the pirates from down under or the beard Allah worshippers from the desert...i wont be suprised if someone advocates for all mosques in UK to be demolished and all foreigners banned from speaking their mother tongues in live Her Majesty.

Voting has nothing to do with democracy,well its my legal right to decide whether to vote or about the expenses i was disgusted with the parliament during credit crunch instead of them uniting to help the nation they did the opposite,for that ill not be wasting my energy
