I quit recently and ......
The way I quit was one morning i woke up.
Everything was going amazing in my life.
I simply chose 'Life'.
I wanted to live every second i could.
Smoking did not fit in anymore.
No patches nothing - just stoppped.
When you smoke you never think of what it really does.
It kills you sooner.
So everytime i think of a cigarette i just think i've stopped taking minutes of my life.
Put together ............
It could be the difference between seeing my children get married.
Maybe my grand children born (may be married).
Simply and at worst
It means i can look in my wifes eyes a minute longer.
But at worst ........ that makes it all worth it though a million times over !!!!!.
People just 'stop smoking' and fail - thats hard.
Make it bigger (because really it is) and its not as hard.

The Funky Uncle .........................
A Man.

Well so to speak! we got up the courage tonight and dipped our toes in the water at
X-tasia. We werent brave enough to 'have a go' yet but who knows, next time maybe?
Can't rave enough about the club, the management, door staff and bar staff were very friendly and helpful, it was clean and well set out.
We got there at and it was a bit empty, but it certainly filled up as the night went on.
Everyone looked like they were havin fun, but unfortunatly neither of us came across anyone we fancied. not that its full of mingers or anything we were just in a picky mood for our first time.
One thing last thing i will say is well done to the birds, they definetly made the effort - put the blokes to shame! apart from my fella of course but i am biased!!
Apologies to any blokes there that were fit and hiding away, but it was more than enough to make me consider the feminine side of swinging!!

stick with your current job. Ive been in this situation and everyone was saying, take the oppurtunity! i did cos i didnt want to be a chicken and blew it. Its turns out that if i stayed where i was was i would of gained a lot more experience doin what i liked and working with people i liked and trusted. More money was offered with the new job and it just want worth it. Just imagine havin to be with this person you don't really like all the time, or imagine him gone! 
I'm probably being niave, but thats because my first time at a club will be on friday night, but is there a lot of men on men action? I have lots of gay friends and been to gay clubs so this will be no 'biggie' for me but i know that my partner has never been exposed to this before, hes not against it or anything but in all honesty may make him feel a little uncomfortable - maybe not a snog and a grope but def fisting!!

There are a lot of people at his gym who do the chest and arms look, its funny! they are also the ones who wear the vest and pants 'look'!

Thanks angel, i think i'm being a bit of a scardy cat cos our fantasy envolves single men, not that i'm intimidated by them or think they are dragons or anything! i'll report back after X-tasia on friday night. I'm well looking forward to it tho, now i just have to decide what to wear!!!!
This is something that worries me too, first trip to a swingers club on friday and meeting someone from an ad on here next week. I'm 99.9% sure i want to do it but a tiny tiny part of me is paranoid my partner may get jealous however comfortable he says he is with it. (it was his idea) so i understand what you mean x
