Hi Nola,
Sassy is right about the Mefaniamic Acid - some peeps call it Ponstan. You take it a for a couple of days before your period is due and it helps EMORMOUSLY with the pain - trust me, i used to be on all 4s and barking like a dog when i had a period and not in a good way.
Ponstan is only good if u have regular periods. Personally, i recommend going on the combi pill. I resisted for years but when i finally went on it i LOVED it. Very little pain, u control when u have a period and the period is much lighter.
If you want pain relief now, the most effective way i found to pain manage was to take take seperate aspiring and paracetomol every 4 hours, but 2 hours apart, so i was always getting some pain relief from one source or another.
Like sassy said, talk to your GP but hopefully these ideas will help in the meantime.
Hope you feel better soon, xxx
I agree with H-x.
Clearly, it's important that you feel comfortable with someone to meet them, but by definition NSA sex is primiarily physical. Unlike in the "real" world where you get to know someone and fall in love with their personality, on here if you dont fancy the way someone looks then the relationships rather ends there.
What annoys me are the profiles that have virtually nothing on them, with perhaps a line about feeling free to ask them for pics or more info. Put some effort in, dont expect me to do it all for you !

I'm a noisy fucker - literally. So its not uncommon for me to be building to orgasm, almost there, on the edge ... and he stops cos from the noise he assumes it's happened.
You know how on "who wants to be a millionaire" they say the questions are easy if you know the answer, well making me come if a bit like that. Some guys make me come with almost no effort and others sweat at it for ages and nothing - seems there's a bit of a knack to it lol. Anyone else like that ?

I love my boobs, but i love them too much ! (is such a thing possible ?? lol)
My boobs are big but not unbelivably massive. However, I am so used to people just talking to my boobs, shouting at me in the street about them, pushing me over in shops to grab them blah blah that i've almost come to think of my boobs as an aspect of my personality lol. If i'm with a guy in a sexual clinche and he doesnt notice them "enough" then i worry that he doesnt actually fancy me or that i'm not pleasing him.
Does anyone know what i'm talking about or is this just me ???

I think Fern was in a position where she was damned if she did and damned if she didnt tell the public about her gastric band.
I understand people feeling cheated by her, but look at it from the other point of view.
As a public figure who many people look up to and admire, if she said she had the op then wouldnt she be villified for advocating a band rather than a healthy lifestyle?
Hopefully Foxylady doesnt mind if i say that her post asking about how easy bands are to get shows this, that news of Fern's op has created a forum for discussion about getting the band. Having been overweight all my life, and having many friends similarly overweight, talk of bands has been knocked around for a while. I have always been really anti it, but having seen Fern's weightloss even i am now thinking "hmm, well maybe ...". 3
I'm sure Fern will have wanted to encourage healthy living, and so advocated that on This Morning rather than surgery. If this was her reasoning, then i agree wholeheartedly with her decision to keep quiet about her band.

Yes.
When a guy comes in ur mouth, u should spit or swallow.
There's no right or wrong, better or worse about which u choose to do. Do the action ur happiest doing, it's all about personal preference. If a guy tells u otherwise, then i would kick him in the shins and refuse to suck his cock at all - he's trying to take advantage of u.
Happy sucking,

Eleanore of Aquitaine, one of the most wealthy and powerful women in Europe during the 1100s. She was Duchess in her own right, married to the King of France, went on the second crusade (where she is said to have ridden out bare breasted), divorced the king, married Henry Count of ANjou who then became King Henry II of England, and with whom she had several children including the future richard the Lionheart and Bad King John. Lol
Henry had several significant mistresses, one of who was Rosamund. It is said that Eleanore had her murdered though no one knows whether this is true.
In 1578, Elizabeth I found out that her long-term favourite and friend, Robert DUdley (earl Of Leicester) had secretly married a famous court beauty, Elizabeth was so distraught she had he sent to the Tower.
Evana Trump made the famous quip about divorce settlements, "dont get even, get half"
In Oscar Wild's play, 'Salome', the title character lusts after john the baptist but can only have him when he is dead, so she arranges this
To balance the argument, in 1049, before William the conqueror came to england (but was still the duke of normandy) Matilda of flanders rejected his proposal of marriage as he was illigetimate. Filled with rage, he road to her home and beat her savegly. Oddly, this seemed to work for her because she agreed to marry him immediatly after that !
Hope this is some help, trix xx
Please excuse the number of spelling mistakes that are bound to be below.
I was lucky enough to hear Ken speak at the opening of London college. I love his vision, of everyone being given the support they need to succeed, so that in turn they can then enjoy the benefits of their hard work and support others in need to achieve the same.
I just love it, it's so caring and positive.
I love a lot of things Ken has done for the environment - deeply unpopular and risky moves but which are ultimately for the good of everyone. As i walk around london, i keep seeing posters advertising exciting innovations, then i see the little Mayor of London logo. Top work.
Boris, on the other hand, has hashed some policies together last minute, which are largely responsive to Ken rather than innovative in their own right.
On a personal level, Boris does have a certain inane charm. But, as others have already noted, he's intrinsincly racist (he referred to black people as 'picaninnies' 'with watermelon smiles' - Daily Telegraph, 10/01/02) and has no real attachment to London.
So, personally i could never support Boris. Nor do i want him representing me to other major cities. Good god no.
Watch this video, it's quite long but the i think worth it. The guy gives example of Boris calling mariennes a "master race" in comparison to Iraqies and saying there is no reason to respect people (specifically, the aged) from different cultures to corcasion English.
Yay Ken !

Kentswingers, it seems clear that you feel passionate about this issue. This should be commended, far too few people take an interest in current affairs.
Unfourtunatly, i disagree with what you write - on several levels.
You accuse teachers of holding children to ransom before their exams. Teachers have devoted their working lives to helping children achieve, and in particular will have spent the last two years helping their GCSE classes. Why would the teachers then risk making all their hard work meaningless just to score points ?
As you write that using the Union was the wrong decision, i am genuinly interested to know this - how would you advise teachers to go about securing a fair wage without going through their legal Union?
Terming the Unionists "leftie union hotheads" is not helpful. By using emotive and derogatory language, you introduce an element of childish name calling into what could be a highly interesting, adult discussion. If you do not show respect for others then you cannot expect to have any respect given to you.
take care,
Trix xx
I am not a teacher but i have a PGCE (teacher training) and it nearly killed me. LIterally, i was rushed into hospital and kept in intensive care on a central line for a week because my body started to metabalise itself to get the energy to survive.
When on teaching practice, I got 4 hours sleep a night, never got all the work done that i felt i should do, and was constantly aware that young lives were being directly impacted upon by my words and actions.
Yes, kids are in school for a short time but the rest of the time a teacher is marking, assessing, planning lessons, setting appropraite work, creating resources, creating a stimulating and interactive learning environment, the list goes on and on.
Just because a teacher is not in school does not mean that he or she is not working. Much work is done at home, as the teacher tries to achieve some sort of work/life balance.
Many teachers retire early, before 60, simply from burn out. Maintaining this level of work along with the intensity and passion to motivate children to learn is incredibly demanding. You give all day.
Teaching assistant should not be used as babysitter or given the difficult children. This is incredibly bad classroom management, and does not use the TA efficiently as a rescource to earn learning. If anything, the "difficult" children should be with the teacher, who has the most training to faciliatate their learning.
People who doubt that good teaching is an intensly demanding job cannot have tried it. People have commented on particular schools or teachers that are poor and noted as failing - well these schools clearly are not the norm and so should not be used to berate staff in successful schools.
Teachers have the legal right to strike. It has been 20 years since the last teacher strike, so it is clearly not an option that they use willy-nilly. Teachers are not demanding a huge pay rise, simply that their pay keeps inline with inflation.
Yes it can be argued that teachers earn a lot. However, to become a teacher i studied at university for 5 years. During this time i did not earn a wage but i did take on a lot of debt to fund my studies. Why should a teacher's wage not reflect this level of commitment and investment?
Rant over. Thanks for reading
