Thank you to those who have posted, I appreciate you all taking the time to share. I'm not sure if I should report the theft as I think I might be laughed out of the police station, but I think I might make an appointment to talk to someone about it...
Anyway, once again, thanks xx
Yesterday, near to where I live, there was a fatal stabbing. This morning I called the police, as I had been wrestling with myself to wether the information I had would be relevant to them or not. It turned out it might have been, as it may have helped established a timeline. But I feel really shaken up and nervous about it.
The other thing that has happened, and it may seem trivial to some, is that a light was stolen out of my front garden. It had been there three years, in memory of my late husband. I am still feeling pretty upset about it. The thing is, is that the light meant something to me, but the person stealing it wouldn't have known the significance of it. It has also un-nerved me, as it was right by my front door, and they would have had to come right up to the house to steal it.
There is no point in asking the question, why do people steal, as there are many reasons, I just wish that the people who do it, would think of what happens to the people that they steal from. I feel ok when I have someone with me, but still a little shaky when I'm alone, but I know that will pass over time.
What do you guys think? Has something happened to you in the past that still bothers or affects the way that you do things? If you don't feel that you can post here, please PM me, and I will answer all PM's as quickly as I can.
Thank you xx
Hi and welcome! I used to be a biker sad But too scared to ride anymore... but had a Fireblade which I really really miss....
Hope you have fun on here!

Thanks all for replying! Might be making the tattoo smaller than I thought, having it designed for me.
Will post a pic when I eventually get round to having it... got to save up first!!!
I have been thinking about having a tattoo for a long time, and have decided on a black cat with a celtic knot. The thing is, where to have it. I was thinking on either my wrist or the back of my neck, but not sure how much pain I will feel, as I have been told certain parts of the body can be a lot more painful than others.
I'm not planning on it being a big tattoo, probably around an inch in height, and half an inch across, totally in black...
Would love some advice! biggrin
I've got two cats, one who stays in all the time and uses a litter tray, and the other likes to be out in all weathers, and I only see him when he's hungry so I am not going to search the whole of my area looking for his muck! When he does come in, he uses the tray....
I take a friends dog for a walk on a saturday, and hate going in the park, or even on the pavements nearby as a lot of owners don't clear the c**p up... It's even worse when I take another friend who is blind out... I have to watch everywhere we walk... at least cats bury it!!!!
What a brilliant night! We really enjoyed ourselves xxxx thank you Sheer and Mandy x best part was seeing you both again xxxxx
He is going to look great! He says l might need a bodyguard when you see what i'm wearing .......

I wholeheartedly agree with this thread, I am against animal sport of any kind, and year after year horses lose their lives in this "race".
I cannot understand why it carries on...

My first thought was a nice easy gliding summer ale, then I thought nahhhhh, you want a nice large cock to suck on...I'll see if I can think of anyone with such a sized cock. 8-)

Jogging or running without a sports bra can be very very painful! Simply Be do some good ones as well...
I wanted to add to this, as I have just been sent an email with a link to my address in it. I have got nets up, but you can just about see inside. I had a quick search and looked at the addresses of the ladies I care for, none of them have nets, and I can see one of them in the window waiting to be picked up...
The picture of my house is a couple of months old, but that's not the point. And as far as I can see, no registrations are blurred either.
When I see all of them tomorrow, I will be advising them to buy very very thick nets....

I'm with Mrs B... Prince is a good one, especially the track Lets go crazy! I've been listening to a lot of eighties stuff on my pod when I walk, the Flashdance soundtrack is a good one to walk to, and also anything by Adam and the Ants.. trot to the drum beats!
Have fun, and enjoy your pod... if you want me to burn you a disc let me know :D

But be careful with the Adam and the Ants...
Walking to the beat on Prince Charming is ok... Even Stand and Deliver is ok, but I tried Goody Two Shoes and almost had a coronary.

Wow! Lots of bands I had forgotten about.... it was Spandau Ballet that actually made me think about posting this thread...
Wish some of these bands would come to the city of dreaming spires... well I can dream!
Echo and the Bunnymen.. wow that brings back memories!
Just thought of other bands... I would love to see the original T Rex reform, but sadly that won't happen. And Mud too.... and the Sweet... getting very very nostalgic now!
biggrin
