And when you get back home, you will feel a lot happier and shag and make up biggrin:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
Well the first car would have to be

A Mitsuhbishi shogun 3.2 DI-DC diamond auto

The Aston Martin Vantage DB12 vantage
Why is it so hard for a single guy to get a meet??

This is man who believes his son and daughter in law were murdered. I don't see why he shouldn't have the right to state his case in court.
He's also given millions to charity (including 6 million to Great Ormond Street) - and employs thousands of people in his many business ventures.
In my opinion, he should be allowed to state his case.

Well im sorry but i have to do this...Diana wasn't his daughter in law as they were not married..
in my personal point of view he has made his point heard loud and very clear..
Plus he is dragging the memory of two good people through the mud for his own self satisfaction..
Well fair play to him for all the money he has given to different charities..
But for the love of god let two people rest in peace
and let the matter lie ,and let everyone get on with living instead of living in the past..
Well for those in here who like chocolate as much as my dear wife...
I hope you all have a wonderful easter and you get all the chocolate that your hearts desire..
Well as for me the philistine that i am,i dont like chocolate that much..
Well my fave day of the year is St Patricks Day...
I'll take a few pints of the black stuff over chocolate any day of the week...biggrin:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
ALL HAILS TO THE MAGICAL BLACK STUFF GUINESS worship
And not forgetting that liquid gold called Magners :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
Well yes i agree with you there that he is costing the tax payer a load of money..
What we can do is either charge him for all the trials and lawyers fees..
and then not forgetting to add on the V.A.T..
And then what you can do is lock him and Heather Mills in a room together..Making sure the room has no windiws and is soundproofed..
And they can then rant and rave at each other ,till the one gets bored with the other one and kills them..
for that contest i will put my B class money on Heather Mills....
Well now she has got her heather mills now shut up..
was listening to her after she came out of court today..
And my god did she waffle on like a mad woman..
as for her complain about the fact that her daughter is getting £35:000 pounds a year, which is double what im am getting for the year and i work full time (and to be honest with you i dont think her daughter is gonna care what class she flys) ...
And she shouldnt be brought up to care what class she flies, but i have a feeling the lovely heather mills will bring her daughter up to follow in her £700 an hour marriage footsteps..
Oh yes not forgetting the houses she has as well,
why isnt she just happy with what she got and go away now and be quiet and bring up her daughter and do her charity work quietly....
VROOOOOOOOOOOM VROOOOOOOOOOOOOOM and there off into the first corner ...and OH MY GOD there has been a crash.......
oh yes and Lewis Hamilton has won the first race of the season
Well the first question i have for you..
How old is your daughter???
if she is under 18...
give her an egg and tell her to be happy with that ....
and if she is over 18 she should be giving you 25 quid toward housekeeping biggrin:D:D:D:D:D:D
Bacon, egg and sauage double decker with cheese and red sauce....
Now that is what i call a fav sarnie
Well to be honest with you.
I don't have any pets apart from me ..
Oops sorry forgot about the asylum seeking mice in the cellar.. biggrin:D:D:D:D:D

On TV this morning, they were talking about this. The female presenter (I forget her name - nice hair), asked the question - Is is alright for a woman to propose to a man even on Feb 29th?
I thought 'hang on, I could have sworn this was the 21st Century not the 18th'. Am I alone in thinking her question itself isn't relevant these days?

It is effectively illegal because our society does not legalise it. It therefore remains an underground activity, because it can't walk down the streets proudly declaring its legitimacy.

I'd have to disagree with you there Duncan. An act is illegal if there is a law against it. If there is no law against it, it cannot be illegal. Technically it could be called 'alegal', but that just means it hasn't been legistlated about (for or against).
Illegal sexual acts are various but they fall into some groups - involving innapropriate humans (age, mental conditon relationship etc), involving any animals or doing it in public. Arranging to meet up with and have sex with someone other than your spouse is NOT illegal. But it can screw up your relationship and it can be held against you as a moral element to any divorce procedings.
I've noticed that having sex involving vegetables does not appear to be illegal - perhaps that's something vegetarians should become active against. lol
Yeah I'd have to agree also with you, because again it has to be specific to individual cases. Its not a piece of maths.
But in the case of marriage it is against the law of marriage, because you have promised to be the one and only. Our interpretation is a lot more lenient than other countries and cultures. But can be subject to severe rulings in the courts.
I take your point about the marriage vows. Legally I'd reckon being 'unfaithful' could certainly be considered as a breach of promise, or even breach of contract (since each part signs a legally binding document).

I just posted my first thread starter - asking for info about Berlin for a holiday.
I saw it on the forum, went in to another thread and posted a message. Came back out to the Cafe and saw my Berlin thread had disappeared.
If it was inappropiate surely it would have been locked not pulled completely?
Do threads disappear? Did I do something wrong?
Posting this rather than pm'ing a mod to test if the system doesn't like me starting threads.
In employment law there is a difference between abusive/aggresive and offensive. Different people are offended by different things, but abuse and aggression are pretty universal.
Even on a permissive site like this (or should that be especially on a site like this?) all members should be careful about giving offence. But nasty, hurtful, aggressive etc behaviour is NEVER acceptable.
